That's all you need xD
Stomp on the ground and use your earth chakra to create a tunnel under your opponent, with a small opening just before you. Then gather ample fire chakra in your chest and release a powerful stream of fire into the small opening. You'll see the ground above the tunnel start to glow red, this is from the lava forming as the fire melts the surrounding earth. Then perform a hand seal (Tiger I'd say... actually, watch the video xD) to cause the lave to erupt over your target.

Strategies and combinations: Obviously i must combine this with the specific doton, that creates a tunnel into the ground, however another thing i would combine this with is Katon's from mid air, as the opponents focus would be upwards, instead of below which he then leaves himself open to getting blasted with lava
How you would counter it:By using a suiton in the hole that the Lava is traveling in
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):First i change my chakra nature to Doton then i stomp the ground below me creating a fairly wide tunnel as to which a human could traverse, then i quickly change my nature into that of Katon, and gather chakra in my stomach and bring it up to the throat area, then using the tunnel as a medium i exhale the flames into it, directing them where to go with the help of the tunnel, until its under the tree of my choice in which i explode it form the ground,

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): First i change my affinity to that of Katon and begin to charge up chakra, i then bring it up to my throat and exhale a rather decent amount of chakra, then focus hard...turning it into flame which then spreads in front of me, then i rapidly change my chakra nature to Fuuton mid battle, and only use a small amount of chakra to create a moderate size gust of wind which i then exhale from my mouth as well

So, do you now Rasengan and/or Shadow Clones?
A Kakuzu jutsu where you will release a fireball from your mouth, which is densely packed with fire chakra so that upon reaching your target, it explodes into a massive fire storm!
Gather you fire chakra and send it into your preferred foot before stomping it on the ground to release the chakra. Upon doing so, channel the chakra into a point in the ground to cause three pillars of fire to emerge, each one evenly spaced apart from the other, reaching 3-5 meters in the air.

1. Can catch an opponent off guard again with the simultaneous explosion that occurs on impact
2. Has a large radius meaning that it can impact and explode quicker

1. If the initial fire ball is put out, no explosion occurs
2. Has a bigger object of explosion, meaning much more conspicuous then similar jutsu.

Strategies and combinations: I would combine this jutsu with a CQC assault as it would completely require the full attention of the opponent to negate this jutsu and i could easily take that time to rush too my enemy, and deliver a fatal blow or gain the preemptive strike.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): First i change my chakra nature to katon then i begin charging up chakra in my chest, then i let it loose out of my mouth, using shape manipulation to form a massive fireball with condensed chakra/flame in the middle, which hits a tree and explodes.

How you would counter it: I would counter it by using water style to put out the pillars as a group, not one by one
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): First i charge chakra then transfer it out of my body and into the ground, then i manipulate it to a safe distance from me, then i focus and stomp my foot which activates the chakra creating giant flames that take the shape of pillars

Using your control over the chakra, direct them to attack your target, disintegrating the target on touch due to the high heat of the fire. Be sure the fire chakra is dense enough so that it can almost be considered a solid object, to crush whatever may survive the severe heat.

Don't worry about it, if you're sick there is nothing you can do about it but rest. ^^ Hope all is well or at least getting better.
Just a simple flame-thrower type jutsu with a little extra perk. You can make it a wide blast or a tight stream of flame. Regardless, the intense heat is enough to evaporate nearby water sources (say something made by a c-rank jutsu and short range of the blast) and only requires on seal... that I don't know right now .__.
