Okay, fire... Tell me what you know of fire, it's strengths/weaknesses and the KG it makes up.

Fire
Fire Release known as Katon in Japanese Term in one of the basic five elements. It is performed by moulding superheated chakra in the stomach and pushing it through the lungs and the mouth.
Some weapons can be used along with Fire. They vary from short to long range.Commonly used with Tiger seal.Land of Fire and Uchiha clan members are known members of Fire Release. Fire is strong against wind because the air feeds the flames but weak against water because it cools them down.

Kekkei Genkai ​

Lava Release​

Lava Release is a Kekkei Genkai that combines fire and earth chakra to create lava.​

Boil Release​

Boil Release is a Kekkei Genkai which combines fire and water chakra to create a powerful vapour capable of melting anything.​

Also know that you can melt earth using your fire jutsu to create a pseudo-lava substance to attack your targets.

There are some fire jutsu that require you to release fire charka around you to envelop yourself with fire, however the large majority are formed at used in the way you described above.

Some main forms of fire jutsu are as follows:

Fire Balls, fire streams and fire blasts.

Fire balls are just concentrated balls of flame.

Fire streams require you to constantly feed the flames you release (typically from your mouth) until you no longer feel the need to continue the jutsu.

Fire blasts, are non-shaped bursts of fire that typically hold there own little tricks such as erupting into pillars of flame or spreading across the ground.

Fire is also a consuming element, meaning that is will use whatever it can to fuel itself and grow stronger, in our RP, wind makes a good fuel. However, wind can also be used to blow out fire in some cases.

What you need to do, is exactly what you described earlier. Mould your fire chakra and mix it with your breath in your lungs, then push it up through your throat where you will literally spew out the fire ball. Be sure to use some chakra control to keep it in a small ball like shape.

Start a camp-fire with it and then fill out the following, be sure to use as much detail as you can. Also, don't restrict your answers just because you haven't been taught many other elements.

Using as much detail as possible, perform it:
~I start gathering my fire chakra which is heated into my lungs.. I mould my fire chakra and mix it with my breath in my lungs.. Then while pushing the chakra out of my throat.. I use chakra control to give it a shape like a ball.. I spew out a fire ball out my mouth while aiming at a camp-fire area which i unlit.. The fire ball comes out of my mouth... The flame is orange and i can feel the heat through my mouth.. The Fire ball quickly travels from my mouth to the its destination.. The Camp-Fire.. After hitting the camp-fire, it gets lit up with bright orange flames~

How/when might you use this in battle?:
When the opponent is using a normal D-rank Suiton Jutsu.. I can use this to extinguish it..
I can use it as a distraction for the enemy.. Following it up by other technique..
I can also use required Wind Jutsu to make it more powerful..

Under what conditions wouldn't you use this jutsu?:
When the user has required Suiton chakra to extinguish it..

Why would you choose this in battle?:
To use it has a distraction..
To make the opponent receive damage..

How would you counter this?:
With a certain Wind or Water Technique i can avoid it..

Does this effect your or your opponents field of vision? If so, how:
Maybe it doesn't.. The Fire Ball is way too small..

If you were blinded, how could you distinguish this jutsu from others?:
By it's small appearance..

Excellent work, in response to your questions. You'd have a hard time recognising this if you where blinded especially so due to the close range needed to strike someone with it. However, the fire balls would make the same sort of roaring noise as a camp-fire would.

So, the principle you applied to forming that fire ball, form the basis of all the other stronger fire ball justu and also extends to fire streams. However, it only applies to those you release from them mouth.

This jutsu involves you creating a baseball sized ball of flame in your hand and then propelling it at your target. Charge fire chakra to your hand and then release it in the form of flame, sculpting it into a ball which you'll then propel towards your target using more katon chakra.

( Ryu Kaen Bakufuu ) - Dragon Flame Blitz

Using as much detail as possible, perform it:
~I start gathering my fire chakra from my body into my hand to create a Fire Ball which is in the size of a Baseball.. Then i charge my fire chakra to heat up in my hand by concentrating on it.. Creating a Fire on my hand.. Which is in bright orange color.. Then i use my chakra control to change the fire to a Baseball Sized Ball.. Then i quickly propel it at the enemy with high speed.. Then again i use the same process to shoot out another fire ball~

How/when might you use this in battle?:
When i need to make the user distracted with the Jutsu.. Then i quickly perform another technique..

Under what conditions wouldn't you use this jutsu?:
I suppose i woudn't use it when there is super heated vapour because when the fire touches the vapour.. The vapour get's ignited making me also getting hurt..

Why would you choose this in battle?:
Because Fire has a destructive power when it attacks the enemy.. The enemy suffers damage..

How would you counter this?:
With required Wind or Water Technique..

Maybe the continuous fire ball may make the user's eye vision blurred..

( Kaen Shuriken Ranbu ) - Blazing Shuriken Dance

Using as much detail as possible, perform it
~I take out several Shuriken out of my pouch and hold them in my hand.. Then i start gathering my fire chakra from my body into the hand where i held the Shuriken making them erupt small flames around the Shuriken and also infusing with fire chakra.. Then i quickly throw them at the tree nearby but still maintaining the power of chakra~

How/when might you use this in battle?
When needed to fool an opponent.. I can hide them in the flames..

Under what conditions wouldn't you use this jutsu?
When the ground is full of water source..

Why would you choose this in battle?
So if the Shuriken are hidden in the flames.. The enemy could not know about it and uses some water or wind Jutsu to extinguish them.. But still the Shuriken inside them start to move towards the enemy..

How would you counter this?
After using Water Jutsu.. I could use Wind Jutsu to make them fly away from me..

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.

This next one involes creating a flammable gas by mixing fire chakra with your breath to suspend it in mid-air. It will detonate after any spark strikes it, including if two metal object collided together (two shuriken maybe).

( Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique

Using as much detail as possible, perform the jutsu
I first start gathering my fire chakra in my lungs and performs Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger hand seals.. Then i start to mix my fire chakra along with my breath in my lungs and then bring it up to the throat.. Then i release it out of my mouth in form of flammable gas.. Then i jump back a few steps and starts building fire chakra in my lungs and shape it and then spit it out of my mouth on to the Flammable Gas.. After the second it hit, spark showed up and ignited the whole Gas.. It was a sight which needs to be viewed.

How/when might you use this in battle?
So when the user uses Taijutsu.. Then i can use this to ignite him..

Under what conditions wouldn't you use this jutsu?
When there is water everywhere..

Why would you choose this in battle?
To burn a Taijutsu User O_0

How would you counter this?
Get myself out of there using my clones to swing me..

Description:At first glance the clone appears to be a normal tangible Bunshin, but the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. (This shadow clone variant can only use normal ninjutsu, and Taijutsu).
Note:Must already know shadow clone jutsu to use this jutsu.

Yes.. The bright flames may make the eye blurred and blocks the vision..

When i am near the gas.. The opponent will use a fire jutsu for his advantage..

You perform the hand seals as you charge and mix the chakra, expelling the gas upon the last hand seal.

This is pretty ambiguous as to how you release the flame, but as far as I can tell you should be able to shoot it from your hand. Charge your fire chakra to you hand and release it in the form of fire that you direct and shape to mimic the appearance of a miniature flame thrower, using it to scorch my clone.

( Katon no Jutsu ) - Fire Release Technique

Using as much detail as possible, perform the jutsu:
After seeing Shinta's clone, i quickly gather my fire chakra into my right hand.. Then i charge it with my concentration of chakra and soon after a few seconds a flame appears in my hand.. Then i use the flame to bend it into the shape of a Flame Thrower's fire and quickly uses it on the clone..

How/when might you use this in battle?:
To stop a fire attack.. Can be used from mid-air to scorch the opponent's head =D

Under what conditions wouldn't you use this jutsu?:
When there is Water Source everywhere..

Why would you choose this in battle?:
To burn the enemy with series of Jutsus..

How would you counter this?:
With required Wind or Water Jutsu..

Along with Wind to boost it's power..

It doesn't..If it does, the flame should be brighter...

With fire jutsu like this, just remember that you won't be able to add another element to boost it unless you get a clone to do it... no problem for you as I know you've finished Nin training xD

As for your questions, yes, it can be used in mid air. Only earth jutsu and a few water jutsu tend to restrict you from using them in the air. ^^

( Katon: Shōkasou ) - Fire Release: Small Fire Stream

Description: The user will create a small short flame at the opponent. This flame is capable of making the target collapse due to the heat of the technique. This technique requires no handseals.

This is similar to the jutsu you just performed except you need to make the fire really hot so it gives you opponent heat exhaustion. It will still burn them though.

Think about how you might use these C-rank jutsu if you encountered a Taijutsu or ninjutsu attack, instead of just the normal advantages against wind jutsu. Be creative xD

First i hold out my right hand.. Then i start gathering my fire chakra into the hand.. Then i charge the chakra and make a burst of flame.. I gather even more chakra to make it even more hotter.. Then i release it out of my hand like a mini flame thrower at the rock.. Making it super hot..

How/when might you use this in battle?:
When the user uses the Nin Jutsu of Metal thing of defending himself.. I would use this to fry him =D

Why would you choose this in battle?:
Because it has the capability of making the opponent faint..

How would you counter this?:
Can the same technique be used so that both are equal powered and cancel out?

I will make the explosive stand near the opponent then i will explode it and then use fire stream for gifting him extra damage..

Yep, if I used the same technique while you use, they will cancel out. That is the general rule but their are a few exceptions such as Killing Intent and one Wind jutsu where the users rank can determine the power.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally.

This builds upon the same principles as the fire ball you spat from you mouth back in the D-ranks. However, you will perform the hand seals in the description and then blow out your fire chakra that ignites after you blow it through your fingers. You also need to better shape it into a larger ball that it a little smaller than you are.

First i perform Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger Hand Seals, Then i inhale lot of air from outside.. Then i start gathering my fire chakra in my lungs and starts pushin it through the Throat, then i changed the shape of the fire into a Huge Fireball and charges even more chakra to make it big.. Then i release it through my fingers causing a major destruction on the rock which i aimed at..

How/when might you use this in battle?:
To avoid a Water or Taijutsu attacks..

Why would you choose this in battle?:
To burn a Taijutsu user or to stop Water Jutsu..

How would you counter this?:
I will use the Explosive Clone to take the hit.. Or with Water or Wind Jutsu..

Yes it does.. The Fire Ball is big enough to block the view..

While we are on the subject, what will happen when a Fire and Water jutsu cancel each other out? (For example, a B-rank fire jutsu hitting a C-rank water jutsu)
