Your counter won't work, even though they are just simple slashes, you have to counter them with a jutsu.

Which leaves the question, why wouldn't you simply free-form the slashes and then release a larger fire-ball afterwards?

2nd, i wont just counter the fireball, I'll prevent him from performing the fireball. When he attacks me I'll counter it with some strong jutsu, maybe some strong earth jutsu, that'll cause him Damage and preventing him from slashing Me and performing the fireball

I gathered some raiton chakra and focussed really good on it. I performed the Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger Hand seals and I concentrated really good on the raiton chakra, I released it and created 16 large pillars, to imprison the clone! After that I gathered my doton chakra and focussed very good. I released the doton chakra and started to manipulate it. I caused an opening to be created in the air above the clone who was trapped in the 16 pillar bind. A large amount of mud started to fall out of the opening, covering the clone and encasing him. I gathered then my katon chakra and concentrated super good. I performed the Rat → Dragon → Boar handseals and focussed good on the katon chakra. I jumped up to a small opening of the 16 pillar bind and I channelled the katon chakra into my lungs, infused it with my breath. I released all the katon chakra and manipulated it. I breathed out a powerful stream of fire which solidified the mud and roasted the clone!

Stomp on the ground to inject your earth chakra, forming a tunnel in front of you, heading under the opponent, making only a small opening just in front of you. Then gather your fire chakra and breath out a stream of fire into said opening, making sure the flame is so hot that it will start to melt the earth as it travels through the tunnel. With the final hand seal (Tiger) you'll make the lava erupt upwards, under your target to bury them in lava.
The ground will turn a noticeable red when the fire is ready to erupt.

How you would counter it: trying to avoid the fireball hitting the ground, canceling it out with some jutsu. but if it hits the ground, I would probably create an A rank dome to protect myself

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): -you created a clone- I gathered some doton chakra and stomped on the ground while releasing the chakra into the ground. I made a small opening in the ground and I gathered a lot of my katon chakra anf focussed very good on it. I channelled it into my lungs, infused it with my breath and I released out of my mouth a very compact and a very hot fire stream into the opening. The fire was so hot that it started to melt the earth and it made his way trough the tunnel. And when the fire/lava was beneath the clone you just made, I performed one hand seal and the ground beneath the clone started to glow and it became red. The lava started to erupt and causing a "fiery explosion" engulfing the clone in lava... *poof*

Use specific jutsu names for your counters, do both the counters again. Your second counter wouldn't work since the lave erupts upwards over the target, going higher isn't going to help much... especially since the ground under you is lava .__.

the 2nd counter: I think a pillar would work but let me explain how. I would create an A rank wood pillar out of the ground, but then not lifting me straight upwards, but lifting me into the air but in an angle of 45 degrees. I can see the red ground and I'll lift myself into the air just before the lava erupts in an angle of 45 degrees. Because of that the lava wouldn't reach me, since the A rank wood pillar can be really strong and tall, so I would be high in the air, and because it's 45 degrees I won't be straight above the lava eruption, but farther away since the pillar sends me into a direction.

What about using your versatile wood to move you? Make the pillar come out from ground over to the side of the red ground... I'm not a wood user and I can think of that.

There is also a D-rank wind jutsu that will allow you to get out of the way after you jump up slightly...

Many counter exist, you just need to think the through a little. Now, your counter with the water bullet would fail as the lava would already be striking you by the time you can hit the lava.
Oh yeah, Earth Moving Core; just lift up your section of earth so the fire chakra won't be funnelled through the earth your standing on as the tunnel is no longer in the same line...

Now, you didn't answer another question of mine that related to your counter for the Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work jutsu: What is the issue with making a solid wall defence in combat, especially a dome defence?

Rank doesn't always matter in terms of avoiding a jutsu, where-as blocking and countering, it makes all the difference.

But i would probably just ise thos for purely attacking, causing the opponent damage, and blocking his vision for a small moment, because the fire ball is big and if it is sent at him his vision would be blocked for a small moment. Then id probably follow this up sent from the ground, beneath his feet.
How you would counter it:you can maybe make a rank walls and domes, but they would block my vision, buy i would probably shoot a jutsu at the fireball which will cancel it out. Like a b rank watersphere, or a rank lArgelightning bolt

(Well, actually this didn't happen, i just wanted this to happen, but i was just eating my vanilla pasta). Ok, after i finishend my vanilla pasta and my pudding, i started to gather katon chakra and I focussed very good on it. I channeled it into my lungs and infused it with my breath. I concentrated super good and I released the fire chakra out of my mouth. I manipulated the fire chakra and created a large ball of fire. I added some chakra to it and i was still manipulating it. The fire ball was packed with chakra and when it hit the clone, it bursted into a fire storm, engulfing the clone with flames. *poof*
