Okkk,
Let's begin with essentials; what is ninja and what is chakra?
Now tell me with your words what is ninja and what is chakra? Without just c/p-ing.
Now tell me with your words what is ninja and what is chakra? Without just c/p-ing.
What do you know about nature and shape manipulation? And the fire element?

Chakra is basically the essence of all living within the realm of ninjas. Ninjas are people capable of manipulation chakra to fullfil certain purposes which can vary from one individual to another. It is very hard to describe one without mentioning the other due to how linked those two terms are.
Ninjas are usually military forces of each nation. However, one must keep in mind that there are some which are not affiliated with any group but work on their own accord or work for other villages and/or nations so to earn differing goods. When a ninja is affiliated with a certain nation, he or she would take on different missions to complete. These missions can vary, from being pretty basic (help locals harnest the lands and similar) to something much more lethal and harder such as assassination.
Charka, similar to blood in our body has its cirulatory system through which it flows although we don't need to constantly monitor it, also similar to how blood circles in our body. However when we so wish and/or need we can focus that chakra to specific part of the body and release it. In the essence, chakra represents molding or mix of our physical and spiritual energies. Now, as to improve our abilities to control and/or mold chakra we can use hand seals. There are twelwe basic hand seals which named after animals;
Hand seal basically help us as to manipulate exact amount of chakra that is needed for a specific technique. Each technique has a different sequence of hand seals that is needed for its performance. Some techniques need less hand seal whereas some other need more.

Both shape and nature manipulation are types of molding chakra whereas one deal with one thing and other with other. You got my point. Anyhow what I said already by mixing our physical and spiritual energies we will create chakra which we can release from one of our 361 tenketsus. Now when we are releasing this chakra we usually apply processes of nature and shape manipulation. Nature manipulation deals with transforming chakra into specific element with different characteristics. Now depending on the element into which you are transforming this chakra you would focus on different aspects. On the other hand there is shape manipulation which deals with actual form that chakra takes. This can be anything and it also depends on the technique and/or element which is in question.
Next thing, I believe that fire is one impulsive element as well as a precarious one, that can easily smoulder and suddenly burst. The flames of creativity and passion, dancing source of heat, life and light. Fire is capable of giving wings of fortitude, benevolence and devotion. Fire is adamant and exhilarating and doubtlessly not subtle. It is seen as a force that is burning inside all of us, giving us iron willpower as to reach our objective, bestowing upon us the passion to do it with all of ourself.
Now when it comes to fire element and its interaction with other elements.. I'll go in depth with that; What I learned is that water is stronger then fire. This being said, a C ranked water jutsu is equivalent in power as a B ranked fire jutsu, keeping in mind that sizes of jutsus are approximately the same. This is because water is capable of extinguishing flames and thus not letting them keep on burning. Although water is stronger then fire, when used in conjuction, the two are capable of forming steam. This is especially usable if you are a sensory ninja or are capable to in any way or form know where your opponent is standing. You will be capable of hiding your presence and thus create sneak attacks. Now if you know that your opponent is capable of sensing you could get rid of the steam by releasing wind which will passively blow away the steam as it continues towards opponent.
Now when it comes to fire release and wind release. Fire is stronger then wind, because oxygen from which wind is formed is just going to fuel the flames. Although when they clash fire is going to overpower wind, they are actually quite great when it comes to their combo usage. Oxygen from which wind is formed is going tu fuel flames even more and thus make them stronger and make them effect bigger area. The speed of the technique that would now be running would be greater.
Fire and earth Release are neutral to one-another. Which means that a C ranked fire technique will be equivalent in power as a C ranked earth technique, keeping in mind that their size is approximately the same. Although they are neutral to each other when they clash they are quite good when they combine with each other. The heatness from fire will effect the earth and thus melt it forming magma. Keep in mind that magma will be formed if earth is more solid. If the variation of earth release, mud was combined with fire release, heatness of fire is going to harden the mud.
Same as with Earth Release, Fire and Lighting are neutral once they clash. It is usally great to make great damage to opponent. Fire release is going to burn down the opponent whereas lighting is going to shock opponent. Interesting to the two is that they in a way compensate each other. Fire is strong against Wind whereas, Lighting is weak against Wind. It would be good to let's say firstly send a lighting attack as a bait, assuming that opponent is going to use wind jutsu you send a fire attack to follow it.
Questions or anything you might want to comment?
Focus katon chakra within your body before releasing it from your mouth. Applying basic processes of nature and shape manipulation heat up the chakra releasing a stream of fire from your mouth. Repeat this process again, however this time around release chakra from your hands in shape of small projectiles. As you've done that, tell me the difference between projectiles and streams as well as what are advantages of one and the other.
(Katon: Ryu Kaen Bakufuu ) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Blitz
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user inhales and then exhales, shooting small balls of fire at the opponent.
You are correct. Projectiles are techniques that are released from your body, from your mouth, your feet, your fists and so on. Projectiles are blasted off/launched from your body towards the intended target. When it comes to projectiles you gather and release a defined amount of chakra. What is characteristic when it comes to projectiles is that once they leave your body they are no longer tied to your chakra which means that once you release them you can send another technique to follow them (Let's say you send a fire ball towards your opponent and as soon as you release that fire ball from your mouth you send a wind tornado as to make a fire tornado which makes more damage as well as effects bigger area). But not being tied to your own charka comes with an disadvantage. Direction in which they are moving can not be changed unless the technique you use says otherwise. That disadvantage with which they come makes it easier in a way for opponent to counter them. There is one more characteristic attribute to projectiles and that is sending few of them at the intended target. But the bigger the number of projectiles there is the smaller their power as well as size are. But sending more projectiles can make countering of a technique harder. You can send one towards your target's legs and one towards his head. He will have to use a technique that effects a bigger area as to defend from yours.
1 S ranked projectile = 2 A ranked = 4 B ranked = 8 C ranked = 16 D ranked
Streams are completely different from projectiles. Unlike projectiles they are constantly released from ones body which means a person has to constantly fuel his stream with chakra as to keep it active. Because streams are constantly tied to ones chakra they make it unable for one to perform another technique whilst he or she is streaming it unless of course they have a clone or an ally or anything that can perform a technique. But because they are tided to ones chakra they are let's say more controllable. Person can decide when he or she is gonna stop streaming his technique and in that way stop it. Person can also change direction in which he is releasing the stream. Unlike projectiles when it comes to creation of streams there is less shape manipulation involved and thus they usually cover larger areas.
Do you have any questions when it comes to this? <_> Do ask please.
You can shoot as many projectiles as you want if not specificed within the techniques' description. However keep in mind that singular power of each projectile will decrease as their number increase. So if a single projectile has 20 damage, if there are two in questions, each will have 10 damage, if there were 4 in question, each would have 5 and so on.
Yes they can be active as long as you fuel them with chakra. If you are defending from a technique of sorts they will last as long as they aren't muffled. So if your opponent uses a technique of water which is of D rank and you use a B ranked fire technique, the water will be suppressed and the fire will continue on its movement, however in this case weaker. Now if your opponent uses another technique to defend from yours after getting their water suppressed, you can either continue on fueling the flames to increase their potency (back to B rank as the technique is B ranked) or use another technique against theirs and in that way dismiss your initial B ranked stream.
Hope this makes sense. Do ask you if you have any more questions, if not, let's continue on!
Let's get going onto the next technique. This technique requires you to infuse chakra within weapons. Firstly focus katon chakra in your hands and take few shurikens. Infusing those shurikens with your chakra throw them towards your target. Applying basic processes of nature and shape manipulation cause for chakra to combust creating a flame around each shuriken. This will increase their potency!
(Katon: Kaen Shuriken Ranbu ) - Fire Release: Blazing Shuriken Dance
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will throw several shuriken infused with fire at the enemy and then, through a mental command, ignites them to cause extra damage.
Yes, right! You can just cause for it to combust by applying processes of nature and shape manipulation, however in this case you can't further change the trajectory by manipulating the chakra inside of the shuriken. There are some techniques which will allow you to control them even after releasing them although they are projectiles. However these are rarer.
Next technique is similar to the first one we've done. However this time around you will only be able to release a projectile with it. By focusing chakra within your mouth you would release it from it whilst applying processes of nature and shape manipulation. With nature manipulation you would create fire where as with shape manipulation you will form a single fire ball which is not so great in size.
