O___O Damn, Brilliant job. I'd agree with you when it comes to speed. I believe that you don't know taod summoning so I will skip next jutsu but will continue on with others on the list.

This is pretty much a stream based jutsu and follows advantages and disadvantages of the stream. By performign a single hand seal you will release previously focused chakra from your month whilst at the same time using nature manipulation as to generate fire and shape manipulation to form a stream. You can use it in combination with Earth Dragon Bullet by firstly sending the earth projectile and then exhaling from your mouth fire stream that will melt down the earth as it continues towards opponent.

( Katon: Karyūdan ) - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Bullet
Rank: C
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user exhales a flame breath from their mouth after making the tiger hand seal. This technique can be used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the projectiles fired by the latter technique, making it more devastating.

Opinion? Speed is obviously fast. z.z''

Ok, so this next technique is pretty specific as you are actually capable of controling projectiles that you are releasing towards your target. Focus katon chakra within your mouth as you performing a sequence of 6 hand seals,
Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger. Then, release the chakra using nature manipulation as to generate fire and shape manipulation as to form few fire balls that you can control. This being said, you can maneuver their movement depending on your needs. Now you can also hide shurikens within the fireballs as to make a little unexpected surprise attack. This jutsu is usually used as a distraction.

( Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user first performs six hand seals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger and they create a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

Opinion? Speed?

Thanks, really. :) That’s good! Yeah unfortunately, I don’t, so sounds like a plan to me.

*Right, I think to myself. I collect chakra once more, concentrating it into my lungs and my hands, since this technique will require both. I create katon chakra in those places. I inhale, letting the katon chakra mix with the oxygen. Then, I perform the only handsign for this jutsu: Tiger.

Katon: Karyūdan!

I exhale, releasing my chakra through my mouth. I immediately use nature manipulation to generate a fire, which pours from my mouth until I use shape manipulation. I bring the fire under my control and form it into a stream. The stream now shoots forward into the unoccupied area in front of me. This technique is a straightforward one, so when I feel that I’ve held the stream of fire long enough, I cancel the flow of my chakra, letting the fire disappear.*

Lol yeah, I would say this jutsu is definitely fast, too. Let’s see, my opinion on this jutsu would be that it’s very useful to use with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the projectiles and make them more powerful and destructive. This combo seems very effective to me. I also like that this jutsu is so fast, as it only needs one handseal and an exhale of breath.

*Moving on to the next technique, I gather my chakra and mold it into katon chakra. I send that katon chakra into my mouth and hands. I allow my chakra to pool there as I weave the handseals Rat, Tiger, Dog, Ox, Rabbit, and Tiger. I inhale, clamping my mouth shut as I do.

Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu!

I open my mouth and exhale, releasing katon chakra. I use nature manipulation and spit out a few bursts of flame. I then use shape manipulation to turn each amount of fire into a ball. I shoot the fireballs one by one, moving my head back and forth to cover a larger area. I control the paths of all of the fireballs, sending a few into the ground and others at some trees, and they all hit their targets.*

This jutsu is intended to be used as a distraction, which I like because that means that it can be used rather effectively in a combination. I like how the user can conceal some shurikens with the fireballs, also making this jutsu a good surprise attack to use. As for speed, again, I would say that this is medium. This jutsu requires six handsigns, even though the user just ends up exhaling the fireballs. That amount of handseals would still take some time to execute.

Brilliant job! Woah, we are almost done with C ranks!

Hmm, with next jutsu you focus katon chakra within your upper body before releasing it from your mouth and using nature manipulation as to generate fire and shape manipulation as to form a flame which will converge around opponent as to wrap him around. It is pretty straightforward z.z

( Katon: Honoo no Saigai Hi Kagayaku no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Flame of Disaster Fire Shine Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user releases a flame of fire chakra that converges on the opponent wrapping around them and burning them.

Opinion? Speed? O^O

Now this next technique can only be used whilst you are in mid air. So once found in that situation you can gather katon chakra within your upper body before releasing it from your mouth whilst using nature manipulation as to generate fire and shape manipulation as to form few fire balls making them rain upon your target.

( Katon: Rakka Sanran Kasai ) - Fire Release: Falling Fire Scatter
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user whilst in mid air will release from their mouth a series of small fire shots that rain down upon the target.

Opinion? Speed?

I got to be honest with you, most of the jutsus of fire release are pretty similar.

Thanks a lot! Wow, seriously? Already?? Cool. O_O

*“Okay then,” I say aloud. “Well…”

I look around for a suitable target for this jutsu. Instead of deciding on a tree like I have for past techniques, I choose one of the stumps that’s used during training. It stands between two other stumps, each a bit offset from the others. I turn to face these stumps, gathering chakra as I do. I mold it into katon chakra, sending it into my lungs and mouth. I breathe in and out again.

Katon: Honoo no Saigai Hi Kagayaku no Jutsu!

When I exhale, I let my katon chakra out. I ignite the chakra using nature manipulation, starting a fire that shoots out of my mouth. I use shape manipulation to shape the fire into a flame, and it heads for the stumps. The flame engulfs and wraps around the middle stump, but the other stumps also catch on fire. I cancel the technique, briefly watching as the stumps burn to ash.*

This technique is certainly interesting, in my opinion. Having the technique wrap around the opponent is a cool concept. This jutsu is fast. There aren’t any handseals or weapons that need chakra channeled into them. The user just uses nature and shape manipulation after releasing his/her chakra.

*Once Akasha informs me that I have to be in midair to use this technique, I automatically start thinking of a way to get up into the air. It doesn’t take me long to come up with an idea. I collect my chakra and create suiton chakra. Then, I release that chakra, aiming at the ground directly beneath me.

Suiton: Mizu Hashira Suiryoku no Jutsu!

Water accumulates from under me, lifting me into the air in the form of a great pillar. Once I get high enough, the water disperses. So I start to gather my chakra again, this time molding it into katon chakra. I inhale, concentrating that chakra into my lungs and mouth once more. I exhale, aiming at the ground that’s getting closer by the second.

Katon: Rakka Sanran Kasai!

I release my chakra as I exhale, using nature manipulation to make a fire. Right after, I use shape manipulation to create several fireballs out of the flame. I control my chakra and send the fireballs toward the ground in a rain of fire. All of the fireballs make contact with the earth violently, causing the ground to become dented in and charred. After falling for a few more seconds, I land on the ground perfectly, standing up straight.*

I think this technique is so cool. The idea of fire raining down upon an opponent is intimidating and frightening to think about. The fireballs aren’t very big, but still, there are enough of them to do some damage. This technique is fast, especially when you’re already in midair and ready to use it. You just have to spit the fireballs out of your mouth.

Yeah, it kind of seems that way, doesn’t it? Lol

From now on, do the opinion and speed for each jutsu unless I ask for something else.

This next technique is actually last technique of C rank and it is pretty basic. Pretty much you focus katon chakra within your mouth before exhaling it from it whilst using nature and shape manipulation as to form few wisps (balls) of fire which will burn upon impact. This jutsu is pretty neat btw as it actually can reach long range and is good for distraction!

( Katon: Kitsunebi ) - Fire Release: Fire Whisp
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user creates a small ball of bright fire from their mouth that shoots at the opponent burning on impact.

Sure thing. :)

Awesome!

*I find a suitable area to perform this technique, one that will have the fireball shooting out into the open instead of at a specified target. Once Akasha has finished explaining the technique, I gather my chakra and begin molding it into katon chakra. I picture the technique in my mind as I take a deep breath, focusing my katon chakra into my mouth.

Katon: Kitsunebi!

I breathe out forcefully, releasing my chakra. I use nature manipulation to start a fire from my chakra, and I use shape manipulation to separate the fire into a few wisps. I move my mouth into a tight “o” shape, as if I were shooting darts. The wisps shoot forward and into the empty space in front of me. However, they end up going so far in distance that they hit a few trees, burning on impact just like Akasha said they would. Oops, I think.*

I actually like this technique because of how far it can reach, anywhere from short to long range. I also like that it can be used as more of a distraction, and then the user could follow up with a damaging, more devastating technique.

The speed on this one is definitely fast. There are no handseals or channeling of chakra through a weapon to do. The user just takes a good breath and uses nature and shape manipulation to perform the technique.

Brilliant~ Let's get going onto two next techniques U^U

So for the next technique what I'd likef for you to do is gather chakra within your body as you perform the required hand seals, Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger. Once you finished up with performance of hand seals and building up katon chakra within your lungs I'd like for you make an inhale after which you will make an exhale. Now, as you are exhaling you'll start to release the chakra you previously built as you use nature manipulation to generate fire and shape manipulation to form thin but fast jet of fire. The main trait to this technique is actually range that it can reach as it is long as well as the heatness of the flames that realesed which are capable of even reducing your target to ashes.

( Katon: Karyū Endan ) - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user first performs seven handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger and kneads chakra into flames, which are then manipulated and exhaled as a thin yet incredibly fast jet of flames that spread across the ground as it runs towards the enemy. Its temperature is such that it easily melts the ground as it travels and can reduce an enemy to ash.

Now this jutsu can only be used once your opponent is mid range from you and I'd like for you to tell me why? Upon focusing katon chakra within the center of both your left and right hand, I'd like for you to extend the hands as you start releasing chakra from it. Using nature manipulation to create fire and shape manipulation to form balls of sorts that you'll shot towards your opponent which will explode upon impact.

( Bakuhatsu Enhogan ) – Exploding Flame Shots
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user shoots multiple fire shots from their hands that are able to cause fiery explosions on impact with any object. The shots can't set the opponent on fire, though they can cause damage by exploding on him.

Sorry for the delay. I had a busy week/weekend. O_>

*I take a few deep breaths in and out to get warmed up before molding katon chakra for this technique. Once I feel the healthy mix of katon chakra with oxygen in my lungs, I inhale and hold my breath momentarily. I perform the handseals Ram, Horse, Snake, Dragon, Rat, Ox, and Tiger.

Katon: Karyū Endan!

I exhale, release my chakra as well as a torrent of air from my mouth. I use nature manipulation to ignite my chakra and the air into fire. The fire burns intensely as I use shape manipulation to create a jet of fire. I shoot the jet forward, thinning it out to increase its range and speed. Before I know it, the tree line that I’ve been facing is immediately reduced to ash once the jet of fire hits it. I cancel the technique and let the flames die down.*

So this technique is really intense. I remember loving it the first time Hiruzen used it, as shown by the clip you posted. It’s a very good technique to use at a distance. As for the speed of this technique, even though the jet of fire is quite fast, the seven handseals put a hindrance on this technique. I’d say it’s medium in terms of speed.

Uh, I imagine that this jutsu can only be used on a mid-ranged opponent because you want the fireballs to explode far enough away from you, but the fireballs can only go to mid range because they will disappear if they travel too far away from you (kind of like clones?). :erm:

*I start molding katon chakra for this technique, focusing it into the palms of both of my hands. I feel my hands heat up, as though I just rubbed them together rapidly and produced friction. Once I have enough chakra in both hands, I extend my arms and aim my palms in front of me.

Bakuhatsu Enhogan!

I release my chakra from my hands in short bursts. I use nature manipulation to light each burst on fire, and then I use shape manipulation to turn each burst into a ball. I shoot these fireballs at the ground at mid range from me, and like Akasha-sensei told me, they explode on impact. Once I’m finished shooting about a dozen fireballs, the training grounds are spotted with black areas where the fireballs burned the earth.*

This is a pretty cool technique, although there’s a small window of opportunity to perform it, since it can only be used when an opponent is mid-ranged. And it kind of stinks that the opponent can’t be set on fire once he’s been hit with the fireballs. But the speed of this jutsu is fast, since there are no handseals required, only the shooting of the fireballs from your hands. So I believe the speed makes up for these shortcomings.

Yeah, if explosion was to happen in short range from you, you will also be hurt. And well you can say that I suppose xD. Nice job by the way. I am really enjoying training you! [=

Well this is just a shorter version of Great Fireball technique. Unlike the other one this one can reach only short range and it is a pretty basic projectile type of a jutsu. Upon focusing katon chakra within your upper body you'll release it from your moth whilst using nature manipulation to generate fire and shape manipulation as to form a ball.

( Katon: Hiendan ) – Fire Release: Soaring Flame Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Offense, Deffence
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user exhales a stronger yet shorter version of the Fire Release: Great Fireball technique.

1;27-...

By performing a sequence of two hand seals, Horse then Tiger you will once again focus katon chakra within your upper body before releasing it from it whilst using nature and shape manipulation as to release a highly condensed fire ball that can reach long range. It is capable of punching through solid obstacles without exploding however can cause massive explosions upon impact.

( Katon: Gōenkyū ) - Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user after performing two hand seals Horse → Tiger exhales a big-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact. The fire ball has a given solidity property to it, being able to punch through solid obstacles without exploding.

… I’m seriously surprised that you haven’t dropped me yet, but thank you so very much for not doing it. xD <3 You truly are a gracious and wonderful sensei! ;_;

I’ve enjoyed training with you, too, so with your permission, let’s keep going and get this done! :)

*I am reminded of the Great Fireball technique when Akasha informs me of this next jutsu, since she says that it’s just a shorter version. I envision the Great Fireball technique in my head as I gather my chakra and focus it into my upper body. I change it into katon chakra as I take a deep breath and release it rapidly.

Katon: Hiendan!

As I exhale a mixture of air and katon chakra, I use nature manipulation to spark a flame and start a fire. Then, just like with the Great Fireball technique, I use shape manipulation to form the fire into a ball. The ball shoots forward like the Great Fireball technique, except with a more considerable force and power. However, the ball stops much shorter than the Great Fireball technique and dissipates after making contact with the ground. The impact is on a greater scale of devastation than the Great Fireball technique, though.*

So this is a technique that’s good to know alongside the Great Fireball technique because you’ll have both a short-range technique (Soaring Flame Bullet) and a longer ranged technique in your arsenal to use. Also, there’s a difference in strength between the two techniques, so you’ll want to know both and use whichever one makes more sense, given the situation. I think that this technique serves as a great foil to the Great Fireball technique and is just as effective and flexible to use. This technique is also fast to use because of its lack of handsigns.

*I raise my eyebrows, and my eyes widen in surprise when Akasha tells me how powerful this next technique could potentially be. I am excited to perform it. Once again, I collect my chakra and convert it into katon chakra. I let it flow throughout my upper body before inhaling as much air as I can. I perform the handseals Horse and Tiger.

Katon: Gōenkyū!

I exhale as forcefully as I can, using nature manipulation to ignite my katon chakra into fire. As I spit fire from my mouth, I use shape manipulation to turn it into a tightly-condensed fireball. The ball barrels forward and far, ripping through some trees before crashing into a plateau wall and exploding in a huge burst of flame. The trees are now on the ground but have no damage to them except for being ripped apart at the trunk. The plateau wall, on the other hand, is extremely caved in and raining rubble on the area beneath it as the fireball disappears.*

It’s very cool that this technique can go through obstacles without exploding and then exploding on impact. I can’t help but feel that this jutsu would come in handy when an opponent has some defenses up during battle, like earth walls. This jutsu could break through those defenses without exploding and then make it to the opponent and explode, causing the most damage where it counts. And even with two handseals, this jutsu can be used really quickly because it’s just a matter of spitting the fireball out and at the opponent.

It is very enjoyable to teach you, so dropping you wouldn't be an option :p Brilliant job as per usual!

The video of the next technique is not so great :T_T: Sorry. However I couldn't find any better ones.

I quite like this technique to be honest and it can actually reach long range which is a plus. Basically you'd focus katon chakra within your mouth and gullet as you jump into the air. Once you reach the peak of the jump you'll release the said chakra whilst using nature manipulation as to generate fire and shape manipulation condensing three fire balls. Now a plus when it comes to this jutsu in battles is that you would actually be capable of avoiding other jutsus that come your way with this jump as it is apart of the actual jutsu.

( Katon: Gōenka ) - Fire Release: Great Flame Flower
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user jumps in the air and shoots three giant bullets of fire that come down like giant meteors, then erupt into a geyser of flame.

18:08-18:43

Next technique is actually a variation of Fire release and that is ash. It is a pretty great technique. Now by performing a sequence of four hand seals you would focus katon chakra within your mouth and release it towards your target whilst using nature manipulation as to generate fire and shape manipulation as to generate ash. This ash would surround your target like a cloud and upon you clicking your teeth it would detonate forming a violent explosion.

( Katon: Haisekishō ) - Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user spews superheated ash from their mouth after performing four handseals. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.
