walks over to the training grounds, only to discover that he's the first to arrive. He stands and waits for his senpai.

Tamaki is taken aback at first by Akasha's seemingly relaxed and laid-back greeting. But he answers her promptly.

"Hi! Uh, I guess I am. And yes, I'm ready to learn fire."

Tamaki right?

Alright so in my training, I don't have a particular template for you to fill. We are going through techniques and depending on the technique we are learning I'll require from you to answer some of my questions. Also you may ask questions as much as you want.

One of the things that I require in my training is for you to understand terms of nature and shape manipulation as well as use them whilst we are training, so let's start with that. What can you tell me about nature and shape manipulation. What might be achieved with their usage?

Also are there any goals in RP you would like to achieve? Sensei, Senpai? Any special bio?

At first, I thought someone took over our training, but then I realized that it was just your name change. Lol

Tamaki nodded and answered: "Yes, ma'am."

"That sounds good. Okay. I will!"

"Well, here goes. Nature manipulation--or transformation--is one of two necessary parts used in creating a technique. It's the act of molding one's chakra and manipulating its characteristics in order to make an entirely different type of chakra. There are five basic types in which a person's chakra can be transformed; these are known as the five elemental chakra nature transformations. They are fire, wind, lightning, earth, and water.

Each elemental chakra nature transformation is strong against one and weak against another. The strengths and weaknesses of each element are as follows:

-Fire is strong against wind because air only strengthens the flames, but weak against water because it douses the flames.
-Wind is strong against lightning since air is a natural insulator of electricity, but weak against fire because wind will fuel the flames.
-Lightning is strong against earth because it can break earth apart, but weak against wind since air is a natural insulator of electricity.
-Earth is strong against water because the earth can absorb water, but weak against lightning because it will crumble on contact.
-Water is strong against fire since water can put out the fire, but weak against earth because it can absorb the water.

These elements are used in elemental ninjutsu, or releases."

"Now, the second necessary part is shape manipulation. It involves changing the form and movement of one's chakra, focusing on such aspects as size, range, and purpose of a technique. The best example of shape manipulation is the Rasengan, which combines rotation and compression of chakra in order to create a sphere. Even Jinchuriki, when transforming into their tailed beast, have their chakra molded around them in the shape of their tailed beast.

Both nature and shape manipulation are advanced forms of chakra control. Few shinobi can actually use both to create a technique. But, new and more powerful techniques can be created through the combination of nature and shape manipulation. For example, with the shape manipulatin of Rasengan and the element of wind, new techniques such as Wind Release: Rasengan and Wind Release: Rasenshuriken can be made. The addition of wind chakra to a Rasengan can prove to be more powerful than a Rasengan alone."

“Let’s see… as for RP goals, I’d first like to complete the basics and then work on mastering them. I eventaully want to have a Yuki bio and a Dark Release bio because I have characters in mind that would really fit those bios. Plus, Ice and Dark Releases are both super cool. And yes, I maybe want to become a senpai and perhaps even a sensei.

Tamaki looked at Akasha with a smile. "I hope that's the kind of answer you were looking for."

Wonderful job! Those are some really nice goals.

As we went through the terms of nature and shape manipulation, what can you tell me about Fire release? What are its characteristics? What happens when fire release interacts with other 4 elements?

“Thank you! And thanks. Just tackling them one at a time, I guess!”

Fire Release is performed when a user molds their chakra into becoming extremely hot and concentrates that chakra into their stomach. They then expel the chakra by way of the lungs and mouth. Many fire release techniques involve the use of the Tiger handseal, and fire release techniques are often mid to long-range, offensive, and combustive, causing explosive damage to anything in their path. Fire release is common among Konohagakure shinobi, especially those of the Sarutobi and Uchiha clans.

Fire release combines with the other four elements as such:

-The combination of fire and water releases often results in steam. Fire will be doused by water if the technique is a lower rank, but fire can also evaporate the water if the technique is a higher rank. The fire and water releases can result in the kekkei genkai, Boil Release.
-The combination of fire and earth releases can result in the kekkei genkai, Lava Release. The earth can be melted down by such extreme heat in order to create lava. If fire, earth, and wind are combined, they result in the kekkei tōta, Dust Release.
-The combination of fire and wind releases results in a stronger fire technique because the oxygen from the wind fuels the flames. The fire and wind releases supposedly result in the kekkei genkai, Scorch Release.
-The combination of fire and lightning releases can be used, in that a fire technique can alter weather conditions, making a more powerful lightning technique possible.”

“Like lightning release, fire release can be difficult to control due to its wild nature.”

-The combination of fire and water releases often results in steam. Fire will be doused by water if the technique is a lower rank, but fire can also evaporate the water if the technique is a higher rank. The fire and water releases can result in the kekkei genkai, Boil Release.
Alright so in our RP, water is stronger then fire. This being said, a C ranked water jutsu is equivalent in power as a B ranked fire jutsu, keeping in mind that sizes of jutsus are approximately the same. This is like because water is capable of extinguishing flames and thus not letting them keep on burning. Although water is stronger then fire, when used in comjuction the two are capable of forming steam. Although boil release can only be used by Mei, the steam can be formed once fire and water clash in a battle. This is especially usable if you are a sensory ninja or are capable to in any way or form know where your opponent is standing. You will be capable of hiding your presence and thus create sneak attacks. Now if you know that your opponent is capable of sensing you could get rid of the steam by releasing wind which will passively blot away the steam as it continues towards opponent.

-The combination of fire and earth releases can result in the kekkei genkai, Lava Release. The earth can be melted down by such extreme heat in order to create lava. If fire, earth, and wind are combined, they result in the kekkei tōta, Dust Release.
Fire and Earth Release in our RP are neutral with each other. Which means that a C ranked fire technique will be equivalent in power as a C ranked earth technique, keeping in mind that their size is approximately the same. Although they are neutral to each other when they clash they are quite good when they combine with each other. The heatness from fire will effect the earth and thus melt it forming magma. Keep in mind that magma will be formed if earth is more solid. If the variation of earth release, mud was combined with fire release, heatness of fire is going to harden the mud.

-The combination of fire and wind releases results in a stronger fire technique because the oxygen from the wind fuels the flames. The fire and wind releases supposedly result in the kekkei genkai, Scorch Release.
Now when it comes to fire release and wind release. Fire is stronger then wind, because oxygen from which wind is formed is just going to fuel the flames. Although when they clash fire is going to overpower wind, they are actually quite great when it comes to their combo usage. Oxygen from which wind is formed is going tu fuel flames even more and thus make them stronger and make them effect bigger area. The speed of the technique that would now be running would be greater.

-The combination of fire and lightning releases can be used, in that a fire technique can alter weather conditions, making a more powerful lightning technique possible.”
Same as with Earth Release, Fire and Lighting are neutral once they clash. It is usally great to make great damage to opponent. Fire release is going to burn down the opponent whereas lighting is going to shock opponent. Interesting to the two is that they in a way compensate each other. Fire is strong against Wind whereas, Lighting is weak against Wind. It would be good to let's say firstly send a lighting attack as a bait, assuming that opponent is going to use wind jutsu you send a fire attack to follow it.

If you don't have any questions we can continue o^o''

So let's go!

*Gives you a paper sheet*

Now this is a specifc kind of paper sheet. I'd like for you to try and focus your katon chakra within it. If you do it correctly it should burn out to ashes!

Yeah!

*Takes the paper from you*

I see. Okay, I’ll give it my best shot. I hope it does!

*I take the paper sheet in between my hands, pressing my palms together. I can feel the material of the paper on my skin. I close my eyes and focus. I concentrate on the chakra flowing through my system, and I prepare to mold katon chakra. I picture a raging fire, lava flow, even hot springs; anything to conjure an image of heat.

I start sending chakra to my hands, and thus the paper sheet. I can feel my hands getting hot as I keep thinking about those images. More of my chakra is released, and my hands get even hotter until I can’t hold them together anymore. I pull them apart, holding the paper sheet in my right hand. When I look at it, I smile. The edges are burning out, and soon the entire paper is reduced to ashes.*

Wow! It actually worked!

Brilliant job! Shall we go onto the techniques? =]

So first two techniques that I am going to teach you are quite similar. Both are projectile type of the jutsus.

First of all, what I'd like for you to do is focus katon chakra within your mouth and gullet before releasing it. Using nature manipulation onto the chakra as to generate fire and then shape manipulation forming a fireball. Once you've done so I'd like for you to repeat the process but unlike last time use shape manipulation as to form multiple fire balls.

( Katon: Komakai Kaki ) - Fire Release: Small Fire
Rank: D
Type: Offense
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: The user spews a small fireball.

(Katon: Ryu Kaen Bakufuu ) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Blitz
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user inhales and then exhales, shooting small balls of fire at the opponent.

What can you tell me about projectiles in general?

Thank you. :O Definitely!

Okay. Sweet!

*After listening to Akasha’s instructions, I gather my chakra once more. I recall the images that I had in my head before, and I superheat my chakra to mold it into katon chakra. I inhale, letting that chakra fill my stomach until I feel as though I’m about to burst. I then exhale, releasing my chakra, and it travels rapidly up through my lungs and throat to exit my mouth. A burst of flames comes out, but I concentrate on shaping the chakra so that the flames come together. They create a fireball. It flies forward and disperses quickly.

I smile, satisfied that my very first fire technique went so well. Yet, now I turn my focus to the next technique. This time, I have to create multiple fireballs, not just the one. I use the same katon chakra that I’ve already created, and I send it down into my stomach once more. I inhale and exhale again. My chakra is forced out through my mouth, creating an even larger burst of flames. I focus intently, separating the flames and forming four fireballs. They shoot forward and go farther than the single fireball did. They ignite the trunk of a tree nearby. Uh, whoops… I think to myself.

I turn to Akasha.*

Well, projectiles can be useful in battle when you’re facing just one opponent or multiple opponents. When you face one opponent, you can send a bunch of projectiles at once, making it hard for him or her to dodge as well as counter with their own attack. When you face multiple opponents, you can send a bunch of projectiles to hit all of them at the same time with just one technique. Also, projectiles are often quick and easy to perform, so the user could follow up with another technique just as quickly once they’ve shot the projectiles.

Nice job although please don't forget to mention nature and shape manipulation
>.>
<.<'

''Projectiles are techniques that are released from your body, from your mouth, your feet, your fists and so on. Projectiles are blasted off/launched from your body towards the intended target. When it comes to projectiles you gather and release a defined amount of chakra. What is characteristic when it comes to projectiles is that once they leave your body they are no longer tied to your chakra which means that once you release them you can send another technique to follow them (Let's say you send a fire ball towards your opponent and as soon as you release that fire ball from your mouth you send a wind tornado as to make a fire tornado which makes more damage as well as effects bigger area). But not being tied to your own charka comes with an disadvantage. Direction in which they are moving can not be changed unless the technique you use says otherwise. That disadvantage with which they come makes it easier in a way for opponent to counter them. There is one more characteristic attribute to projectiles and that is sending few of them at the intended target. But the bigger the number of projectiles there is the smaller their power as well as size are. But sending more projectiles can make countering of a technique harder. You can send one towards your target's legs and one towards his head. He will have to use a technique that effects a bigger area as to defend from yours.

1 B ranked projectiles is equal to 2 C ranks which is equal to 4 D ranked.''

If you don't have any questions we can continue o^o'.

Don't worry! Let's continue onto the next technique =]. It's actually a variation of fire release, flammable gas. Perform a sequence which consists of 4 hand seals, Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, as you focus katon chakra within your mouth and gullet. Once finished with seals as well as focusing chakra release it using nature manipulation as to generate flammable gas and shape manipulation to form a stream. Now once this gas comes in contact with fire or even sparks it will ignite forming a fireball.'

( Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offense/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.

Sorry for the delay. :erm:

Yes ma’am!

*I focus on my chakra as it travels through my system. I accumulate a good amount of it into my core, and using nature manipulation, I change my chakra to katon chakra by adding heat to it. I weave the handseals Snake, Ram, Monkey, and Tiger. At the same time, I force my katon chakra up through my chest and throat into my mouth. As I exhale, I use nature manipulation once more to create the gas, and simultaneously, I use shape manipulation to make the gas into a stream. The stream exits my mouth, spreading wider and farther until it covers a pretty significant area. I cancel the technique, and the gas only lingers in the air for a minute or so until it’s dispersed by the breeze.”

Brilliant job! :yay: Sorry for the late reply.

Anyhow, with the next technique you are capable of focusing chakra in your limbs, arms, legs and releasing it that way or focusing it within your mouth and releasing it in form of a fire ball or a stream. This jutsu can be used in combo with taijutsu as it will augment the power of your attack if you were to focus the chakra in your limbs. Now as we've been through the projectiles and how they are released I'd like for your to gather katon chakra within your body and focus it in your mouth and gullet. Once there release the chakra using nature manipulation as to generate fire and shape manipulation forming a stream.

( Katon no Jutsu ) - Fire Release Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will release a small but powerful flame of fire at their opponent from either their limbs (through movement) or exhaling it. It can produce fire balls or fire streams or simply aid in taijutsu.

Can you tell me what you know about streams?

Thanks! :O Oh no worries. This reply is late as well. xD

*Garnering my chakra and focusing on it intently, I use nature manipulation to change my chakra into katon chakra. I send that chakra into my mouth, letting it pool there. I can almost feel the warmth from the chakra. I inhale until my cheeks get really big, and then I exhale. I release my chakra as I breathe out, and I use nature manipulation once more to create fire. The flames erupt from my mouth. Once the fire is expelled, I use shape manipulation to bring the fire together and make it into a stream. It shoots a rather far distance, and I keep it going for half a minute. After that, the fire dies, and the stream disappears.*

So! Streams. Unlike projectiles, where you can just fire them off and move right along, you have to remain focused on streams. You have to consciously keep the stream going and then cancel it in order move on to another technique. However, you have more control over a stream, since you’re constantly concentrating and executing it. With projectiles, you shoot them and kind of hope for the best. With streams, you can manipulate them to last longer and make them more accurate.

Nice job!

''Streams are completely different from projectiles. Unlike projectiles they are constantly released from ones body which means a person has to constantly fuel his stream with chakra as to keep it active. Because streams are constantly tied to ones chakra they make it unable for one to perform another technique whilst he or she is streaming it unless of course they have a clone or an ally or anything that can perform a technique. But because they are tided to ones chakra they are let's say more controllable. Person can decide when he or she is gonna stop streaming his technique and in that way stop it. Person can also change direction in which he is releasing the stream. Unlike projectiles when it comes to creation of streams there is less shape manipulation involved and thus they usually cover larger areas.''

If you don't have any questions concerning anything we learned so far we can continue on with C ranks. =]
