The whole Uchiha clan shares talent in fire jutsus. It's not just Itachi
Anyways for the jutsus. Start by concentrating fire chakra into your mouth and breath out a small sized fireball.
Good. Next is Mist covering technique. Start by concentrating fire chakra into your mouth, make Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger handseals and you should breath out a cloud of gas that can be ignited.

i concentrate fire chakra into my mouth,made the necessary handseals *snake-ram-monkey-tiger* and i breath out a cloud of gas. I threw an explosive kunai into the cloud of gas and *puum* there was a little explosion.

Next jutsu is called Kimuchi Amura. For it you need a lighter ~Throws you one~. Focus your fire elemental chakra into it and once you throw it somewhere, a big fire wall should grow from it if you've done it properly.
