Lack of effort?!
I must say I am amazed by the amount you wrote, thanks for this pleasant surprise and keep it up ^_^

First Jutsu
Knowing that this jutsu is a B-rank, I start off by standing under the Sun, and closing my eyes, furrowing my eyebrows, standing still, and focus mentally and physically. I discipline myself by not moving, allowing the sun to shine upon me, causing beads of perspiration to form at the back of my neck, and my body to feel hotter. As my body heats up somewhat, I build up a hefty sum of chakra in my body, before flowing it throughout my entire body, thoroughly through every part of my body, and as I feel my chakra surging through my chakra circulatory system at a fairly fast speed, along with a fairly quick current, my chakra flow then reaches its zenith, and with my chakra at its peak, I then begin to change its properties into Katon chakra. First off, I think in my mind the properties of Katon, its burning and combustive properties, its ability to disfigure, cause massive destruction and havoc, and incorporate this thought into my chakra nature. I also concentrate upon the entity of chakra in the pit of my stomach, and imagine putting a candle or lighting a fire beneath it, heating it up. I also think of friction as a way of building up heat, and as I do all these things to convert my chakra into Katon Chakra, I slowly bring both of my hands together. I then perform the following hand seals Ram β Horse β Snake β Dragon β Rat β Ox β Tiger in quick succession, finishing the set of hand seals within a few moments. Then, with my chakra successfully converted and hand seals correctly and accurately performed, I inhale a large amount of air, still keeping movement to a minimal, so as to let my body heat up as much as possible, indirectly also heating up my chakra, using the sun's natural heat, and as the air enters my lungs and goes into my alveoli, gaseous exchange takes place, forcing the entity of Katon Chakra to get pushed out of the air sacs, and therefore, channeled up my gullet, and eventually my mouth. As I exhale the intake of oxygen I just took in, I spew out my Katon Chakra at the same time, with great speed and momentum, using the ground and air as a medium. I materialize the chakra i moulded into an incredibly hot stream of fire, resembling a flamethrower. I continue to excrete chakra into the stream of flames, heating it up, making it rise to absurd temperatures, and continue to maintain the flow and stability of chakra within. I continue to heat it up, as the stream of fire spreads along the ground, surrounding and hitting your clone, causing it to poof. Due to the heat and intense temperatures, the fire slowly turns white.
Advantages & Disadvantages
First of all, this technique is incredibly useful, in certain situations, such as using a primary and straightforward fire jutsu, this would be appropriate and useful. It is very simple, and is basically best used as a straightforward primary attack, since it does not have much uniqueness about it. Innovation and improvising with this jutsu is rather hard, since its form is that of a stream, simple, and obviously for attacking. It is of decent rank and damage, and can get rid of lower-ranked techniques without much effort, and it is very hot and intense flames, therefore making it a very typical fire technique. It also has a decent range, unlike some of the other lower-ranked fire techniques, that only have short-range.
One way I see this technique being used is for surprise. While most of the simpler jutsus with not much uses can be used well for surprise, since other techniques usually have unique shape and better uses. The heat from this technique can easily burn an opponent to a crisp within several moments, seeing as from the intense heat of this technique makes the flames turn even white. Therefore, as the opponent is falling from the ground, or does not know your location, one can use this on the opponent, especially when they are falling, to make them fall into an incoming stream of fire, and fall into the midst of the fiery flames. If they do not know which way this technique is coming from, only the heat given off can help them, however, without enough time and preparation, I suppose one cannot really prepare an adequate counter. I could use this along with the Mist and use Rain Tiger At Will to tell where the opponent is, and use this on him. Since he cannot see the fire coming, and only at the last few moments will the bright orange colour of the flames alert him, he may be surprised and be unable to react or react not in the best way possible, thereby maybe creating another opportunity to follow up and defeat your opponent. Also, since this technique can spread along the ground, it could be hard to dodge, since it most likely covers a 'wide and expansive' range, enough to make it hard to jump away or something.
A very simple and straightforward disadvantage to this technique is its amount of hand seals needed to perform this technique. Seriously, 7 hand seals? Perhaps the largest amount of hand seals I have seen so far in Fire. The hand seals could waste a couple of seconds, and the opponent can intercept you while you perform the hand seals, with a jutsu that requires less, or even none. Therefore, you are open to counter-attacks when you perform the hand seals, thereby enforcing the point that if the opponent cannot see you performing the hand seals, it would work to your advanatage.
Seriously, I'm sorry for the substandard reply, because I think it looks weird =/ And also, sorry for the late reply ~_~ Was busy with RL

Second Jutsu
I stand still once more, and focus both mentally and physically. I build up a huge amount of chakra within my body, and flow it throughout my entire body. As I feel my chakra surging through my chakra circulatory system, at a fairly fast pace, along with a fairly fast current, my chakra flow reaches its zenith, and with my chakra at its peak, I focus upon the nature of Katon, and focus on its properties of burning and combustion, and this time, its explosive nature and ability, before incorporating these thoughts into my chakra. I heat up my chakra exponentially within my body, like putting a fire underneath it, or utilizing friction. I utilize my katon chakra throughout my entire body as I raise my right arm, focusing the utilized katon chakra within my right hand. I then slowly release the katon chakra as I focus on the properties which create fire, the friction causing sparks as suddenly sparks materialize on my hand, in the form of a fiery orange shot, which I then pull down, releasing the sparks from my hand while aiming for a nearby tree. As the sparks make contact with the tree, it sets off, releasing a medium amount of fire in the form of an explosion. I call it sparks because its explosions ~_~
Meh pretty short reply, but I'm tired ~_~ Sorry Leaf
Advantages & Disadvantages
Put simply, this technique is almost like the polar opposite of the previous one. In stark contrast to the 7 hand seals required for the previous one, this one requires absolutely none, allowing faster performing speed and efficiency at its fullest potential. It can be performed quickly, and therefore, this is a much quicker, and faster technique. It can be utilized well in surprise attacks, seeing as you can shoot multiple of it, as well as being performed quickly. Therefore, when the opponent is in the air, and you shoot this sparks at him in a hard way to avoid, thereby making it hard for him to respond quick enough airborne, and possibly hitting him with full force. This technique, in that respect is useful. It can be used in conjunction with Wind Techniques, with great speed, thereby enhancing and enforcing its power.
A disadvantage, or rather, I'd call it a neutral thingy, is that it cannot burn the opponent. It can only explode, which is sometimes a good thing. It can cause more impact and forceful attacks, with the force of explosions, however, it cannot set one on fire. Therefore, this technique has differing uses than what normal fire techniques do. I'd call this unique, not a disadvantage.
Real tired, and sorry for the substandard reply for the second jutsu, as well as the first. I worry for the future of this training :T_T: The length of my descriptions are decreasing exponentially
