Now, before we begin, I'll tell you the same thing I intend to tell all of my students.
I shall not tolerate a lacking of effort in training. Be sure to put a fair amount of thought and text into your responses. As I am taking the time and effort to teach you, you shall put forth time and effort to be taught by me. That is all. o_o

And now, without further ado, let's hop into the theory part of it.

I would like you to explain to me everything you know about the following:
Ninja
Chakra
Fire
Especially the last one.

Ninja or shinobi are the main focus of the naruto series and there they represent the main military power of nations.Female ninja are called kunoichi.They usualy come from hiden vilages that excist throughout some of the natios.Some of them come from ninja clans.They do misions for a fee,those misions can be easy ones like labour and pet searching or harder like escort misions or asasination misions where thay can encounter enemy shinobi.In times of war the loyal shinobi of a nation miobilise to fight for their nation.Their main trait is that they can manipulate chakra to perform a larg variety of jutsu also they use a many diferent ninja tools from which the kunai and shuriken are the most comon

Chakra is esentiall to all shinobi skils.It's the moulding of physical chakra present in the body and spiritual chakra gained through training and experiance when it is moulded it can be chanaled through the body and with various methods of which performing hand seals is the most comon it can be manipulated to perform an efect that isn't possible to make othervise suc as walking on water,changing the landscape or creatind ilusions
By moulding diferent ratios of the two energies new types of chakra can be formed.
usually a ninja has affinati to one type of chakra but can make elemental chakra appart from their own afiinatie.There're five basic elemental chakra types(water,wind,earth,lightning and fire).those five can be combined together to make a kekei genkai such as ice realese that is made from water+wind elements.many ninja have more than one type of chakra

Fire(katon) is one of the five basic chakra nature transformations in the narutoverse it's made by moulding heated chakra in the stomack and realesing it trough the mouth via lungs it's most comonly realesed with the tiger seal.fire techniques are usaly ranged ofensive techniques that if the user isn't carefull can harm himself.It's comonly used by the konohagure shinobi and especially their uchiha clan.It's superior to wind because wind only makes the fire stronger so it can also be used in a combination with wind to make the fire technique more powerfull.It's weak to water because water cools and smothers the flames.It's a component of boil release,lava and dust release and probably scorch release.

shape manipulation is an advanced type of chakra control which is important for manipulating chakra and creating a new tecnique.It involves changing the form and movement of chakra, determining the size, range, and purpose of a technique.
A good example is the rasengan it is performed by a very good chakra control it needs training like tree climbing and water walking.The rasengan is chakra that has been rotated and then compresed into the shape of a spher.Shape manipulation needs to be combined with state manipulation to perform a tecnique

state manipulation or nature transformation is also an advanced type of chakra contrtol.
it's performed by moulding and defining of one's chakra into an innate type of chakra nature, altering its properties and charakteristics.it's needed to be combined with shape manipulation to perform elemental ninjutsu.There are five basic types into which the state of chakra can be transformed:fire,wind,water,earth,lightning(five elements)

With water:fire is inferior to water because water extinguishes fire also these to are components of boil release
With lightning:Fire release can be used in conjuction with Lightning Realease to augment the later by using the former to alter weather conditions with a sufficiently powerful technique.
With wind:fire is superior to wind beceuse wind only strenghtens fire also a wind tacnique can be used in a combination with fire to make an even stronger atack and wind and fire along with eart are components of dust release
With earth:earth and fire are components of lava release and along with wind they make dust release.

Here are a few more notes in regards to fire's relationship with other elements.

Fire and water: Fire can be used to heat water to very hot temperatures, making it extremely painful to touch, and thus making it more damaging and lethal. When fire and water clash, steam is often produced as a result if the water is destroyed by the fire, although the amount varies depending on the amount of water.

Fire and earth: Fire can actually combined with earth to make lava, though it won't actually be the lava release. For example, one could create a wave of earth to launch at the target, and then shoot some fire into the back of it, melting the earth and super heating it, thus creating lava.

Fire and wind: As you said, wind makes fire stronger. The theory behind this is that the compressed air that is present in wind techniques adds additional fuel to the fire, because fire consumes oxygen in order to burn. However, remember that, according to the current rules of our rp, shooting fire into an oncoming wind jutsu will not make the fire stronger.

Fire and lightning: These two are tricky to use together. As you said, fire can be used to make the environment stormy, but there isn't much else you can do by combining these two.

(Katon: Ryu Kaen Bakufuu) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Blitz

Description: The user shoots balls of fire at the opponent.

To perform this jutsu, you will gather your katon chakra within your body, and then manipulate it so that it begins moving out of your body through your mouth. As it approaches your mouth, but still isn't in it, you will manipulate the chakra and super heat it so that it becomes fire. You will then spit the fire out in the form of several fire balls which will travel a short range and then dissipate. Use this to destroy my clone.

advantages:well it's easily performed and doesn't cost to much chakra also it can burn the enemy
dissadvanteges:if I'm not carefull I can burn myself and it's a short range jutsu

For this jutsu, you'll take out several shuriken, and as you prepare to throw them, gather chakra inside your body, stream it into your mouth, and then release it as a breath of fire just like before. You'll throw the shuriken and breathe fire onto them, thus making them more lethal. Use this to destroy my clone.

*I take five shuriken from my bag as I'm preparing to throw them I gather chakra in my body then manipulating it up to my mouth,heating it on the way than as I release the shuriken I breath out fire on them the shurike fly to your clone*

advantages:It makes the shuriken more powerfull and it can be multiple atack also it can be quickly peerformed

disadvandages:well it's also short ranged and you have to have shuriken with you also I loose sight of my oponent in the moment I breath out fire

For this one, you'll have to perform the hand seals: Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger. You will then gather chakra in your lungs and manipulate it to form a flamable gas. You will then exhale the gas through your mouth, and then, using one of the fire jutsu you already know, ignite it. Be careful not to be in the gas when it ignites. Use this to kill my clone.

For this one, gather katon chakra within yourself and begin manipulating it so that it moves up to your mouth. As it gets to your throat, manipulate it so that it becomes fire. You will then spit the fire out in a continuous steam, somewhat similar to the way dragons are often depicted doing. The stream will only travel a short range, however. Use it on my clone.

adv:well its a stream so I gues when it's fired you can move it a litle to left or right to hit an oponent who moved

adv:I can move my head a litle to the left and right and the stream will follow so it will help if the target is moving
disadv:It's short ranged,and I wouldn't have my whole usual field of vision and I can burn myself with it

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally.

For this jutsu, you will need to perform the following hand seals: Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger. As you perform these hand seals, gather katon chakra in your mouth. Upon finishing the hand seals, you will bring one of your hands up to your mouth and touch the tip of your index finger to the tip of your thumb, forming a ring of sorts. You will then hold this ring to your mouth and blow the chakra through it. As the chakra leaves your mouth, you will then heat and manipulate it to become fire, therefore, as it travels through the air it will continue to grow. It will stop a short distance from you in the form of a large ball of fire. Use it to destroy my clone.

Yay one of my favourite fire jutsu.
*I turn to your clone and start performing the hand seals:mi→hitsuji→saru→i→uma→tora.As I'm performing the hand seals<I gather chakra in my mouth.When I finish the hand seals I make a ring with my index finger and thumb and bring it to my mouth.Then I blow out the chakra through that ring, towards your clone,as it's leaving my mouth I manipulate it to become fire.While it's travelling through the air it grows larger and forms a large fireball*

adv:it's a lrge fireball and it's quite powerfull and I gues that the oponent won't be able to see me through the fireball
disadv:it's a litle harder to perform,it can burn myself and I won't be able to see the oponent either until I move

Description: The user first throws out a lighter that has an open flame.The user the turns the flame into a wall of fire used for protection or to burn small objects thrown towards him. This jutsu can be used with Hurricane Fist to create a combo jutsu.

Here, you'll need this. *Tosses you a lighter.*
Alright, you'll simply light the lighter and hold it a fair distance it out in front of your body, and be careful to make sure that you don't get caught up in the fire once it grows. You will flow your chakra through your hand and into the flame of the lighter. After doing this, superheat your chakra and manipulate your chakra so that it becomes fire. This will create a large wall of fire just in front of you that will seem to have grown out of the lighter. Use it to block my wind jutsu.

On a side note, I never realized how long it took to actually get a mid-ranged jutsu.. Weird.. O^O
