[Vision]

Part One

I will hand you a water balloon. With it you will place it on you’re hand and send you’re chakra into the ballon, spinning the water inside in multiple directions at once. End result should be you breaking the balloon.

*Starts focusing my chakra into the balloon, trying to ciculate the water inside it*

..As i feel this is not the same thing as manipulating fire, i also feel the density of the water, and i feel i've got a hold of it..
..Now i try to manipulate the water so that it'd burst the balloon it is contained in.. It seems it requires more chakra than i thought..
..As i now put more effort of manipulation and chakra into the water i hear a small crack in the balloon..

Oh dear, it broke O_O

*Water is pouring out of the balloon*

My oh my.. I was daydreaming again >_>

*Takes a look on the water balloon. It's still intact indeed*

*Alucard makes a huge sigh..*
"This time.. I will.. Just.. MMMMUUUHH"

*Alucard start mounting up a rather large amount of chakra from the core of his body. He then channels it through his right hand, in which the water balloon is in. As the chakra is transferred into the water, Alucard feels it and starts using chakra shape manipulation. As the water slowly starts to rotate inside the balloon Alucard focuses on control, and also to make the water rotate in as many different directions as possible. As the water now starts to actually rotate rather quickly, the other half of the water starts spinning in the opposite direction. As this happens, Alucard now is in total focus, and then starts using more chakra for more rotational force. As the water now spins in two different directions, Alucard makes it spin another two different directions dividing the water in the balloon in four different zones. After that, he uses shape manipulation once again, to force all the different rotations together, causing the balloon to burst.*

Here is a rubber ball. Do the same, but this time break the rubble ball. You are going to need a lot of chakra and power for this to happen!

just in case here is 10 million rubber balls...........

*Alucard takes thy rubber ball in his right hand*

"Feels like something..Weak..Need to tear it apart asap.."

*Alucard once again starts molding up chakra from the core of his body. Same thing as last time, he channels it through his stomach, through his shoulders, through the arm, and into his right palm. The only difference this time is that Alucard has added a lot more chakra than last time, since this will be harder to break. The Principe is pretty much the same however, but with more power. As the vast stream of chakra is infused into the rubber ball, Alucard now again focuses on rotating the chakra. It's important to create a powerful motion force. Alucard now starts using shape manipulation, and gets a steady grip of the powerful chakra he infused into the rubber ball. As the chakra now starts spinning, Alucard again splits the ball shaped chakra into two and makes the two pieces spin in opposite direction. As the two poles of the chakra now fiercely spin in two different directions, Alucard now splits the poles vertically and again creates four spinning zones. As the very high amount of chakra rotates extremely fast in all kinds of directions, the chakra then collides creating a massive small-space impact inside the rubber ball .*

*As the rubber ball still is in his hand, Alucard looks at it in anger.. This time he molds up MOOOOORE CHAKRAHH (MOOOOORE POOOOWAH) into his palm. At this rate, the amount of chakra barely becomes controllable. As not only several levels of high chakra is infused into the rubber ball, Alucard puts some rage into it as well and becomes more determined.. As the extremely high level of chakra now is infused in the ball, Alucard now starts using his shape manipulation to start rotating the chakra once more. This time the pace grows higher, faster than last time. Creating the chakra flow to become more and more effective. As it does, Alucard now also distorts the chakra creating rotation in various directions. Infact, the pace is now so fast you can hear it from outside the ball. (Wouldn't want the to happen to my balls, Alucard thinks for himself..). As the increadible amount of chakra now spins in an extremely high pace, the ball starts to cripple. As it does, Alucard infuses as much chakra into the ball he has to to make it burst.*

No the first one was for control, the 2nd one is for power. Now you need to incoorperate the two and make it happen without any help of a balloon or a ball. Try it out. form a rasengan in your hand!

Alucard now has a glint in his eye. He knows what he has to do in order to create a Rasengan.

As he understands it, you need to perfectly combine step one(control), with step two(power) to create the powerful technique.

*Alucard starts gathering up chakra from the core of his body. He then channels it to his arm, and right palm. He now uses the shape-manipulation in order to create the spinning motion of the, thus for mediocre chakra stream. As he carefully starts shaping the chakra stream into the ball-shaped setting he now starts to channel more chakra, to build up it's power. However, he still needs to do it cautiously in order to maintain the sphere shape. As he does that, the pace of the rotating chakra increases, just like before. The sphere now turns blue, due to the volume of chakra. Alucard now begins the second step, the vast chakra concentration in order to perfect the rasengan. As he now has full control of the sphere, he starts channelling extreme amounts of his chakra. This step causes the sphere to start glowing blue, and the pace of the rotations now gets extremely intense. As the chakra concentration is at the same level as when Alucard performed step two in the exercise, he now starts disorientating the the rotations in the rasengan, in order to reach the massive force he achieved before. The rasengan now reaches its perfection.*

Description: The user will knead their fire chakra and release it into the ground by stomping down their leg and then causing three pillars of fire several meters tall spaced out evenly. The Pillars of fire can act as a defensive wall against incoming techniques or targets or used to attack low aerial targets.

As it states, this jutsu is one thing among many good for few forms of defense via combining the 3 pillars into a wall of sorts. One good use i've personally found with this jutsu is that it's really good when you combine it with a binding jutsu or a jutsu that holds your opponent in place for a moment or indefinite, because the pillars are fairly flexible in what they can reach.

(Katon: Ryūen Hōka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique

How to Attack:By channeling the chakra into the leg, the user then stomps on the ground to summon the pillars.
How to Defend:If you are fast enough, it can be dodged i guess.
How to Counteroton attacks, to make the pillars unstable(maybe).
Advantages:Easy to perform, deals great damage. Fairly flexible as stated.
Disadvantages:Can't be used in all ranges.
Combinations:As stated, binding/trapping jutsus to make the jutsu impossible to dodge.
Question:Can i bake a pie with this?

How to Attack:The user performs the "Tiger" seal. Then gathers up a vast amount of chakra, to be manipulated into fireballs.
How to Defend:Since they are dense, i'd say a good Doton attack would do it.
How to Counter:Same as above.
Advantages:Can be used in all ranges. Fairly quick to perform.
Disadvantages:Can be blocked, due to the fact the balls are solid.
Combinations:Vacuum techniques(for increased firepower)

(Katon: Goen Rasengan) - Fire Style: Flame Rasengan

Description: The user creates a normal Rasengan and covers it in flaming fire chakra. They then hit the opponent, causing a blazing maelstrom of fire, burning them and their surroundings.

This jutsu is rather straight forward, it's basically the rasengan that you just learned added with the a bit of hot sauce er fire It's very powerful in the it burns a bit of your surroundings which is a tell tell sign of it's power.
Overall if you're a short ranged rper and love to get into peoples short ranges then this jutsu is right for you.

(Katon: Bakuryūgeki) - Fire Release: Exploding Dragon Strike

Description: The user through use of one their scrolls will summon a large flame dragon that is directed towards the enemy target and explodes upon impact.

Again very straight forward, fire element is the same really (diff forms but flames that are meant to burn you nevertheless). Whats obviously unique about this fire jutsu is the scroll, while other fire techniques are usually by the mouth where inhaling and exhaling are of great importance.
