Any reason why the fire style so far has only been shown to be expelled through the mouth? I mean it's possible for tobirama to use water out of thin air but a fire user can't generate fire else where besides their mouth? :eww:

Fire is generated through the chest, as instructed by Fugaku when he was training Sasuke to use fireballs.

Same with water and doton. They are earthly elements manifested and released through the body, through different methods of charging up.

Lightning and earth are the most unique though, as they can be released through both hands and breath.

But of course all elements can be manipulated if they are available in the environment.
