Fire Release is one of the basic 5 elements. It mostly has offensive techniques. It is weak against water element since water can easily extinguish fire. It is strong against wind element and wind element makes fire techs stronger. Fire forms a part of various KG and KT like Lava Release,Dust Release and Blaze Release.Blaze release is a Fire variant made by using Amaterasu. Sasuke Uchiha,Obito Uchiha and Madara Uchiha are three of the good users of the Fire Element. It is also because of the fact that these three belong to the Uchiha Clan whose members have fire element as their speciality.
About my RP Goals. I want to have a Nagato Bio and become a Senpai or Sensei cause I think RP on NB is fun and I would like to contribute to the NB RP community by guiding the new RPers.... =D =D

How to perform it - Accumulate Fire Chakra in the stomach and when enough Chakra has been accumulated then spew fire balls out of the mouth.
Strong points -
1.It can cause burns to the opponent.
2.Since several fire balls are shot the user can run in a circular manner while shooting the fireballs. The opponent then cannot counter all fire balls easily coming at him from different directions.
Weak points -
1. It might not be effective as the fireballs are small.
2. A fast opponent can easily evade small fireballs.
How to counter - Can be easily countered by a fast opponent since the fireballs are small or can be countered by a water jutsus.
( Kaen Shuriken Ranbu ) - Blazing Shuriken Dance
*Godric stands in front of the dummy, builds up his fire chakra and says ( Kaen Shuriken Ranbu ) - Blazing Shuriken Dance then throws several shurikens at the dummy and finally spews fire at the shurikens inflaming them.*
How to perform it - Accumulate Fire Chakra in the stomach and when sufficient chakra is build up then first throw shurikens at the target then spew fire out of mouth at the shurikens inflaming them to cause more damage to the opponent.
Strong points -
1.It can cause cuts to the opponent because of the shurikens.
2.It can cause burns to the opponent cause the shurikens are inflamed.
Weak points -
1. A skilled opponent can simply change the tragectory of the attack throwing kunai and shurikens
2. A fast opponent can easily evade the shurikens.
How to counter - Can be easily countered by a fast opponent or can be countered by a water attack with enough force to deflame as well as stop the flying shurikens or simply by throwing kunai and shurikens to change the attack's tragectory.

ohhh, and those speed references you talk about, like "can be avoided by a fast enough opponent"won't work. You need jutsu to dodge jutsu, only way speed can dodge something is if a technique allows such things; for instance if you activate the Raikage lightning armor, during the initial activation you can dodge something..

Take a lighter that has a flame that can stay lit. With that tool, throw the lighter and use chakra to expand the flame into a small wall of fire which can block small objects coming towards you..

How to perform it - Take a lighter that has a flame that can stay lit. With a tool, throw the lighter and use chakra to expand the flame into a small wall of fire which can block small objects coming towards the user.
Strong points -
1.Does not require hand seals so it is quick to perform.
2.The flame's wall protects the user from incoming small weapon attacks and burns them down.
Weak points -
1. The Flame can burn only small objects.
2. The Fire wall blocks the view and the user might not know the exact position of the opponent or what the opponent is planning next.

How to perform it - Build up enough Chakra and perform the Tiger Seal and then release the fire stream in the form of a ring across the ground.(The stream can be given several forms and not just a circular ring form)
Strong points -
1.The stream of fire can be manipulated into several forms.
2.Can be used to trap the opponent in a ring of fire.
Weak points -
1. The flames can be countered easily even by D Rank Water jutsus.
2. Can act as a double edged sword in case the user decides to fight with the opponent inside the ring of fire he created using this jutsu.
How to counter - Can be easily countered by any Water Jutsus.

How to perform it - Take a lighter that has a flame that can stay lit. With a tool, throw the lighter and use chakra to expand the flame into a small wall of fire which can block small objects coming towards the user.
Strong points -
1.Does not require hand seals so it is quick to perform.
2.The flame's wall protects the user from incoming small weapon attacks and burns them down.
Weak points -
1. The Flame can burn only small objects.
2. The Fire wall blocks the view and the user might not know the exact position of the opponent or what the opponent is planning next.
How to counter - The Fire wall can be penetrated by water projectiles.

1.The stream of fire can be manipulated into several forms.
2.Can be used to trap the opponent in a ring of fire.
Weak points -
1. The flames can be countered easily even by D Rank Water jutsus.
2. Can act as a double edged sword in case the user decides to fight with the opponent inside the ring of fire he created using this jutsu.
How to counter - Can be easily countered by any Water Jutsus.
