Alright, you've already done this but I want you to answer the following questions:

• What is fire in the Narutoverse, it's strengths, weaknesses, which KG does it form (at least two) and how is it created?
• What do you understand under fire?
• What are it's main abilities/characteristics?
• Some noteable Katon users from the anime/manga?

After that we'll start going through the techniques since you already know how to mold the chakra.

When Fire and wind of the same rank collide with each other the fire technique continues one rank weaker than it originally was, neutralizing the wind. If a fire technique and wind technique (which is one rank higher) collide, they cancel each other out so keep that in mind. If you shoot a fire first and then a wind technique, the wind will make the fire more powerful in rank and range (for guidelines check [x]

When water and fire collide they create steam which you can use to your advantage and launch a surprise attack. In some cases you can even create boiling water, but that can be dangerous. Keep in mind that you don't have to block techniques, you can evade them as well by for example launching yourself into the air with wind or rising a body of earth beneath you to rise you above the technique. There are also some other useful elemental combinations with fire:

Fire and Earth- Without the KG, you can use fire to melt the earth and use it to hurt your opponent. Create a body of earth above the opponent and launch fire at it in order to melt it and drop the lava on the opponent.

Fire and Lightning- Launching a wide scale fire technique and a projectile-based lightning technique behind it can be useful because the fire will hide the lightning. The opponent will most likely use water to defend and thus the lightning will zap them using the water as a conductor (if the water is launched from the mouth).

2. I wanted your personal opinion on how you experience heat, not some scientific definiton from the internet. Fire is something that enables life to people, protecting them from everything cold and dark. Too much fire can be harmful though. A near to uncontrollable force with great advantages but with great dangers as well.

3. You can also use fire to cauterize and desinfect any wound or cuts on yourself in order to prevent infections.

Very good, I like the way you think. Here are some other ideas:

1. Hide a lightning attack (like the spears Kakuzu used) inside the fire to launch a surprise attack.
2. Hide different kind of weapons (kunai, shuriken etc.) inside the fireball.
3.Due to the short range, release the fire with a wind following it, and then use an earth technique (the D-rank one) to push to opponent to the fire from behind .

And about the last way you added, you can enhance the range and rank of your fire with wind by following this guide for ranges:

Long Range + Long Range = Long Range
Long Range + Mid Range = Long Range
Long Range + Short Range = Mid Range

Although the description states Hurricane fist, you can basically use any wind technique for sned the fire to the opponent.
