Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. I'll countinue giving my best. ^_^

Describe how to do it:
*performs the only one hand seals that's needed*
While doing that, he starts taking a deep breath and at the same time, he starts channeling Fire Release chakra in his lungs. When he finishes inhaling, he also has enough chakra for this technique to be well performed. Whilst his lungs are full of air and chakra, he mixes them together to transport the chakra more fast and precisely. He starts inhaling and tranferring chakra to his mouth. When chakra gets to the end of his moutn, he uses shape manipulation and shoot out a strong fire stream whose temperature is extremely hot. He shoots the fire at numerous senpai's clones and when the stream makes only a few meters away from him, he makes it expent in width and cover a wide range killing all of the clones except one that is the furthest to him. The, he very swiftly molds what used to be a very wide fire stream into a much thinner stream that goes directly into the clone's heart. The impact that the stream makes immediately kills the clone and if it was a really living being, such attack would cause serious, deadly injuries because the fire would most likely pierce through his/her flesh.

How many hand seals does it have: 1 hand seal.

Advantages: This is overall a very good technique, most probably the beast stream-like Fire Release technique. The advantages are that the user has a deacent amount of control over the concentraton of it which is rare emoung streams; not the whip's movements but he/she can make it more narrow to direct all the power to only on target ot make it wider to attack more targets and/or large defences. Thus, it is not monotone. Also, it's heat is so great that it can evaporate large water attack/defences, meaning that it works good even against fire's biggest disadvantage.

Disadvantages: It doesn't have many disadvantages, except it being very straightforward. But really, this is a stream and a stream is supposed to go straight towards the target, which makes this technique valid. If one wants to have percise control over a fire technique's movements and directions, he/she won't use this technique. This one hand seals that it requires is almost nothing for such a powerful S-rank technique. I think that the RP staff has done a good job limiting this technique to mid-range because if it remained all ranges like in manga, it would be way too overpowered.

Combos and possible uses: Even though this technique is very useful, I wouldn't use this too many times because it isn't smart nor creative to spam S-rank techniques. But when I would be using, I'd be using it to concentrate all of the power to a think stream that would go after one target because this techique is also pretty fast and cause much damage. As for the other feature of this technique, I would use a technique that we'll learn soon, Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation.

How to defend against it: No matter how hot this technique is, I would still Water Style: Water Encampment Wall because honsetly because A-ranked water > S-ranked fire, anytime in our RP. There's no better A-rankd Water Release technique because all require water surce and/or much time to be performed. If the user would use the wide form of this technique, the wall would succesfully defend me from the fire that comes in front of me, and the rest of the fire on my left and right side doesn't hit me. Side note; it would be smart to have water speciality because this fire technique is very fast but still, one should have time to defend properly.

Excellent, very well deduced and good knowledge of the technique in the RP and the manga shown.

Now have you learned the Rasengan, if yes please peform this technique next.

(Katon: Goen Rasengan) - Fire Style: Flame Rasengan
Rank: S
Type: Offense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user creates a normal Rasengan and covers it in flaming fire chakra. They then hit the opponent, causing a blazing maelstrom of fire, burning them and their surroundings.

If not skip ahead to this technique.

(Katon: Bakuryūgeki) - Fire Release: Exploding Dragon Strike
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user through use of one their scrolls will summon a large flame dragon that is directed towards the enemy target and explodes upon impact.

I've learnt Rasengan.

Describe how to do it:
*starts gathering non-elemental chakra in his right palm*
He channels really a lot of it because he knows how complicated this technique will be to perform. When he gets the chakra gathering over with, he starts releasing it would ot fist palm. He starts rotating the chakra in his palm incredibly fast. But he also does it very carefully because he knows form his training how easy it is to lose contor over it. After a short amount of time, the chakra starts being visible. In the next few moments, he has a full, rotating sphere of chakr ain his hand and the first step is done. Now, he starts collecting Fire Release chakra in the same hand and tries to do it as quickly as he can. He does in in a second or two and he's ready to pass the fire chakra onto the Rasengan. He starts releasing the chakr out and succesfully adding it to Rasengan due to paying much attention not to lose control in any part of this technique because it could easily result in him failing. After a really short amount of time, he has the big flaming ball ready in his hands to be used. He goes towards his sempai's clone and makes a quick move with his right hand, striking the clone into it's chest. It causes a blazing maelstrom of fire, burning the clone and their surroundings. The fire releasal also pushes himself a bit away due to the great power of this technique.

How many hand seals does it have: None.

Advantages: We all know this is a fabolous technique. It is probably one of the most powerful techniques whilst measuring destructiveness. The Rasengan itself can be deadly but while adding Fire Release chakra to it, that really results in a great technique. This is the realization of the original thought Minato had when creating Rasengan; combining it with an elemental chakra to make the real thing out of it; Rasengan was only the transitional phase. I would commpare this to Wind Release: Rasen Shuriken because when looking roughly, both are the same thought of adding elemental chakra to Rasengan only that the usement is a bit different but the uses amd damages are almost the same. But this technique is leathal enough, seriously could kill a person. Not to forget to mention, it requires no hand seal.

Disadvantages: This technique surely doesn't have much disadvantages but actually has a big one; sue to it being short-range, it can hurt the opponent, too. When you touch the opponent with is and it swiftly cause a blazing maelstrom of fire all around the surrounding area. Similar to Rasen Shuriken, only that this one causes possible damage on the user after it's release and the wind technique causes damage when creating it. Also, it's worth of mention that the creatin of the flaming Rasengan surely doesn't hapen in a seccond and thus is someone would use it, the opponent would escape close-range before it gets created and do everything in his/her power to stop the user from getting to him/her.

Combos and possible uses: I personally dislike S-rank techniques that are almost indestructable and are so overpowered. It's honestly boring and non-creative to use them. Also, the flames would catch me as well and I don't need extra damage. That's why I most probably wouldn't use this technique in a fight. But lets say I would try to use it but then special conditions would have to be fulfilled. I surely wouldn't start running from mid or long-range towards my opponent with this technique in my hand because like I've said, he/she would do everything to stop me. That's why Taijutsu attacks that create an opening are great in this situation, something like Upwards Attacking Palm.

How to defend against it: There's no an actual technique that would messure with this, except maybe the Rasen Shuriken but striking against this but then we would kill both us as form the unleashed power. That's why Taijutsu dogding and swift attacks are the best against this. If my opponent somehow is foolish enough tries using this while being in mid-range or long-range, I have plenty of attack that can stop him/her from getting to me. When seeing and hearing that someone is creating this and is close to me, I would probably use a simlpe technique, either wind or water (smarter to use water for sure because my opponent did start to collect Fire Release chakra), such as Water Release: Water Bursting Palm to push my opponent away from me. If he/she wants to defend, he/she will have to stop doing flame Rasengan. I think that Swift Release, EIG and fast Taijutsu are extremely useful here.

Well actually if your opponent attempted to use rasenshuriken to counter this because fire beats wind all that would happen is his own technique would backlash on to him, leaving little more than a pile of ash.
Other than that, perfect on to the next.

Oh, yes, fire > wind of course. Something must of twisted in my head. xD

Describe how to do it:
*grabs the sword that his sempai gave him*
He opens it and puts it down onto the ground and immediately starts channeling Fire Release chakra in his right palm. He gathers a great amount of chakra because what he's about to perform is an S-rank technique. Once he's finishes, s he rapidly slams with his hand onto the scroll and at the same moment, he release the fir echakra that he's created into the scroll. With the help of his chakra, he summons a giant amount of fire. But he swiftly take control over it and forms it into a big dragon that starts rushing towards the sempai's clone. The dragon is very big and fast and he has easy control over it's movements. The dragon succesfully gets to it's target and explodes on contact, killing the clone and also scatters flames all around the place where it was.

How many hand seals does it have: None.

Advantages: Look at this, Tenten's technique being in S-rank techniques, stunning. Not. How many fire dragons have we learned so far? I lost count. I just want to say that this is a very mainstream technique, just a stronger version of any dragons that we've seen. The advantages are that it's very powerful, big, fast and the user can control it's direction. Also, there are no hand seals and the fact that it explodes on contact makes it deadlier. If someone would get into direct contact with this, it would surely cause very serious injureus. Simple but very powerful and hardly stoppable.

Disadvantages: This requires a scroll. Now, this is unique, I gotta give one for that bust still. Taking a scroll out of a pocket, unrolling it and summoning the fire creates a huge opening for my opponent to attack. Also the whole thing with the scroll is a little bit iffy, you can't be completely sure that you'll be able to grab it at some point and it gets easily destroyed. Definitely not a desirable technique. Also, I would makes this at least long-range, considering it's S-rank.

Combos and possible uses: I would use this technique only if I create a distraction for my opponent to allow me to use the scroll properly, could be only creating clones or doing a serious technique, all depending on my opponent skills. But I would definetely have to give myself proper amount of time.

How to defend against it: It's actually not that easy to stop this. Most A-ranked and S-ranked water techniques require water source to be used and Water Style: Water Encampment Wall doesn't seem like a good solution because it allows the dragon to get really close to you and when it touches that water wall, it might be too big and strong and still release an explosion and disrupt me. That's why I think Earth Release: Earth and Stone Dragon Technique is a smart move. I can control the earth dragon just as easy as my opponent can control the fire dragon and considering earth equals fire, they will deflect eachother. Also, 5 hand seals should be equal to getting the scroll out, opening it, etc. Earth Release speciality would be very good here.

Lol @bold+underlined, other than that perfect though. Keep it up almost done. xd

(Katon Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Hitora Bakufu) - Fire Release Summoning Technique: Fire Tiger Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user summons a tiger made of flames from a scroll, directing it towards the target, and attaching itself onto the target and explode causing massive damage on detonation making it similar to a paper bomb.
