What is fire?: Fire is the process of oxidation of a material in the process of chemical combustion. That also includes releasing heat, light and other products such as ash. The 'flame' is the chemical reaction of fire and is the visible portion of it. If hot enough, gases can react with another chemical and create plasma & lava.
What is Fire primarily used for?: Fire is used for many things. Although it is not needed much in a house hold anymore - Radiators, Shower water through electricity - However, it is most importantly used for cooking food, and when without electricity, warmth, which is vital to how we live.
What are the strengths/weeknesses of Fire?:
Fire is strong against wind because the oxygen in air/wind spreads fire and increases the size of it.
Fire is weak against water because when water is poured on fire it does two things. It displaces the free oxygen molecules (which have two atoms of oxygen) so that it is not available to participate in the burning process and this process makes it turn to steam which is literally a very small explosion, carrying heat away from the fire, cooling it to the point where it can no longer burn.
Name three KGs which require the Fire Element: Lava Release, Blaze Release & Explosion release
What elements can you combine with Fire and what is the result of such a combination?: When fire is combined with the earth element, it can create lava and cause explosions, that can then continue to make metals that are hard to extract. Fire can also be mixed with earth to create bigger flames and and to sustain the fire.

Okay, good job but I'm assuming you meant wind in your last sentence since earth doesn't create bigger flames nor sustains it o-o
Now it's time to learn how to convert raw chakra into fire natured chakra, take this piece of chakra paper and hold it between the palms of your hand and channel your chakra into it and as you are channelling your chakra into the paper focus deeply on the properties/characteristics of fire(actually list some of them in your description) in order to succesfully convert your raw chakra into fire chakra at which point the paper should ignite and turn to ash.

I take the piece of chakra paper and place between the palm of my hands. I channel my chakra through my arms and into my hands, I can feel it flow through me. I focus heavily on a single burning flame, I imagine the flame flicker from my breaths and see the smoke floating and dispersing into the air above. As I start to think about the fire expanding I feel warm embers being created in my hand, setting the chakra paper on fire.

Now you know how to convert your raw chakra to the fire chakra breath in while concentrating fire chakra within your lungs and then exhale the fire chakra from your mouth and shoot several balls of fire towards your target.
Okay Tybone-Senpai!
I relax myself and breath in while focusing on getting chakra into my lungs. I feel my throat get warm as I use the same thoughts as I did before to create the fire in my lungs. I suddenly feel my throat tickle with flames and I then proceed to open my mouth and shoot a rain of fire at several targets in front of me and above me.

Gather fire chakra within your lungs and then throw several shuriken towards your target and the moment they leave your hand expel fire upon them igniting the shuriken having them deal more damage.

I use the same technique I did before to gather the fire in my lungs, I then launch 4 shurikens from inbetween my fingers. As I do that I open my mouth and spray fire all over the shurikens, thus igniting them.
For the second technique, I focus lightly on the fire in my throat, this time , being careful to use the same techniques but weaker.
I then open my mouth again and empty my lungs of fire, creating a smaller, more distinct, fireball.
I think I'm getting the hang of this ^_^

Gather your fire chakra within your lungs and perform the hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger and then exhale the chakra while converting it to a flammable gas which upon contact with fire or sparks ignites into a large fireball.. so be sure to keep it away from yourself.

Oddly similair to Small Fire. Gather fire chakra within your lungs and release towards your target a small yet powerful flame of fire.

I gather the chakra in my lungs like I have previously been learning, focusing more on the gas side of fire and creating it in my throat. I then do the hand seals:
After I've done the handseals I breath out the gas and ignite it with a spark, flinching slightly when the gas ignites.
Advantages - The advantages are that it could be used a more silent attack as it can be activated at a delayed period as it needs to ignite first.
Disadvantages - The disadvantages are that it could explode at any time if you don't know where there is flames or sparks. You could also potentially ignite it in your mouth before breathing it out if you're not concentrating right.

Gather fire chakra within your lungs and spew out a small short stream of flames towards your target. Make sure you are close enough because it has only little reach but if succesful the heat could cause the target to collapse.

For this technique take a deep breath while gathering fire chakra within your lungs and proceed by forming the hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger and upon forming the final hand seal form a circle using your thumb and index finger and hole it infront of your mouth and proceed by exhaling the fire chakra creating a large fireball incinerating everything within it's range.

I focus heavily on the heat of fire and channel the chakra into my throat&lungs. I then run up to the target as I brew the small, but very hot burning fireball in my lungs. As I get close to the target I spew the fire from my mouth and the fire just reaches the target. The fire is so hot the target explodes in to flames and before my eyes it turns to ash.
The disadvantages of this technique is that it requires the user to be close to the opponent, which is already a problem as they could strike the user very easily if they are not careful enough. It is also risky to use as if you miss then it is wasted chakra that could've been used for a more definitive strike/blow.
The advantage are that it is a perfect move to finish off an opponent. If the the enemy is dazed, confused or unaware of their surroundings, it could potentially be the finishing blow. It can also knock the opposition back, allowing the user to have a couple of seconds of thinking time/second technique.
I take a deep breath, using the same technique I used for the last D-rank technique and gather the chakra in my lungs. I then make the hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger. I then form a circle shape with my thumb and index finger and place it infront of my lips, I then proceed to blow the fire chakra out of my mouth, creating a large blazing fire bolt that wipes all the targets in front of me.

The advantages of this technique are that it it can strike multiple opponents and has the power to burn anything in it's path.
The disadvantages of this technique are that it takes time to create the hand seals and if already in a heated battle (get it? ;]), it might lead to a defeat as it would allow the opponent to gather time to use another technique or to deliver another blow.
To defend against the technique it would be crucial to evade while the hand seals are being made and getting as far back as possible, this would mean you would time to move in a direction and assess what is happening.
If the hand seals have already been made, then a quick dash to the left or right would be in aid, or another technique that requires less hand seals to counter the attack or to simply extinguish it.

It's a shame but you cannot simply avoid an attack, you have to block/counter or dodge it using a jutsu at all times and handseals aren't really a big deal, you've probably seen Sasuke using this technique and it happens pretty fast.
Take this zippo lighter and create an open flame while sending your fire chakra into it. Then toss the lighter on the ground and manipulate the open flame with your chakra expanding it both horizentally and vertically creating the small flame into a wall of fire.

Perform the Tiger hand seal and exhale from your mouth a stream of fire which you then have to shape into either a ring of fire which runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air, perform the technique twice to do both.

*I take the zippo light and hold it in my hand, I then start to channel my chakra through my arm and then into my palm and fingertips. I then manage to create a flame in the lighter. I throw the zippo lighter on he floor, making sure the the flame is still alight. While I am doing this I channel all my chakra into my hands and attempt to control the fire. I spread my hands outwards and upwards to create a blazing wall of fire.
Advantages of this technique are that it can be used as both offensive and defensive. It can stop other attacks and weapons from getting close to you and may give you time to escape/flee and/or adjust to the environment.
Disdvantages are that it is possible the opponent has time to surprise attack if the users vision is blocked by the wall. It is also hard to use the technique in situations where quick blows are traded. The technique is also hard to divert when half the technique has been completed.
For the second technique I prepare my hands and create the tiger hand seal. I fester the chakra in my lungs and blow fire chakra into a stream on the floor. It travels towards the targes and blasts into flames.
For the other variation, I do the same again but blow a stream of fire into the air that directs to the target and blows into flames.
Advantages of the technique are that it has two different variations that can be used for different situations and opponents. It is also a different way of attacking with fire and may catch the enemy out.
Disadvantages are that it is only short-mid distance so the technique can only be performed at close range when the opponent is near and another technique like Great Fireball technique could be better off. It also difficult to pull off is there are a lot of obstacles, and for example if you are fighting in the tree tops, then the technique for the ground flames cannot be used.

Take out a cord or whatever type of long object and use it to catch my clone. Then perform the handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger and breath out fire along the object and as the object guides the fire towards my clone watch as it catches fire.
This technique is as straightforward as a technique can be. Form a single handseal and expel from your mouth a breath of flames to burn your target. This technique is particularly useful when combined with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the projectiles.

*Frist off, i gather all my chakra in the way ive learned previously. While I'm doing that, I pull out a steel, flexible cord and trap Tybone-Senpai's clone in it. I then perform the handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger and breath out a stream of fire along the steel cord, watching the cord light, and gets rinsed down to the core with my flames, as it travels down it and sets the clone on fire, right in the upper chest.
For the Second technique, I proceed to gather my chakra again. I then make the snake hand seal and breath my inferno chakra out and hit two targets, setting them alight almost instantly,

Gather your fire chakra and inhale while forming the hand seals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger and upon forming the last hand seal expel from your mouth a volley of small fireballs and make them fly towards my clone in an unpredictable manner by controlling all the flames seperately. Then, prepare to perform the technique again but first take out as many shuriken as fireballs you're about to fire and throw the shuriken forward and perform the technique once again and control the fireballs to envelop around your shuriken allowing you to control the shuriken using the fire surrounding each of them.
Take a breath while gathering your fire chakra and expel from your mouth a flame of fire chakra towards my clone and as the flame converges on it's target manipulate it to wrap around my clone, burning him.
