Good, now to add some weapon play into it
( Kaen Shuriken Ranbu ) - Blazing Shuriken Dance
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will throw several shuriken at the enemy and then inflames them with fire to cause extra damage.
throw several shuriken at a target and cause them to catch on fire with your chakra.
Strong points
This technique is quick release, as soon as I do it, I am open to attack again or set up defenses.
I can launch several different shurikens to go in numerous directions, and numerous angles to increase my chances of a hit.
This technique can distort my opponents vision, so I can start a sneak attack.
Weak points
After the shuriken leaves my hand, I cannot control its path.
Each shurikens divides the amount of chakra that can be used for this technique, so the attacks are weaker.
Hard to use in a combination of techniques.
Combinations-strategies:
I would probably use this technique after a genjutsu of some kind, and then followed by a wind technique. The wind technique serves a dual purpose in that it will turn up the power of the fire chakra, and it will push the shuriken to go faster.
Ways to counter:
Since this technique is unaffected by the user after the point of release, as long as you can get out of its path with an earth or maybe wind jutsu, you should be ok. Also, a decently powered water jutsu should extinguish the flames and throw the shuriken off track.
First, I gather my fire chakra into the palms of my hands. Next, I change its shape to fit the shuriken, and then I infuse the three shuriken I am holding with it. Then, I will throw all three shuriken at that post with the target attached to it.
Hiei points towards the target, and then forcefully slings the shuriken in its direction. They cross paths several times before all three hit the bulls-eye, engulfing it in flames
