Okay, I'll try my best. (Sorry for long reply)
I did a bit of research on NarutoPedia but I am not on it at the moment, meaning I am saying this in my own words, I hope you don't mind me doing that.
Fire is one of the basic five elements. It is strong agianst wind as wind makes fire bigger but is weak against water as it soothens the flame. Most fire users come from the Land of fire, more specifically, the Uchiha clan (There was another clan but I forgot its name). Sasuke is a well known example for using fire during the Chünin exams. Naruto combined his Rasen-shuriken with Sasuke's Amaterasu to destroy the Juubi.
Okay, that's all I know. I sound like a noob don't I?

lol it's ok, this is all just for fun so it's not like I'm asking you to full on study it XD
Yes, the Sarutobi Clan is also made up of mostly fire users (a group of them were shown using fire style in the war + 3rd Hokage and Asuma both were Fire users)
Fire and Wind are a popular combination, fire can combine with all elements in some form (a lot of Kekkai Genkai with Fire involved as well)
Now then, *snaps fingers* A giant ring of flames grows from the ground around us, encircling us but leaving enough room for us both to safely stand and move a bit.
I want you to take a seat and meditate on the ideas of Fire, let your chakra flow naturally, let the heat of the flames mix with your own energy and then tell me how you feel, hopefully this will help you unlock your ability to mold fire chakra.
