She then proceeds to exhale wind from her mouth while manipulating the wind into a disk similar to a destructo disk nice reference yes I know. Which spins frantically towards cass's clone which gets sliced in two and poofs after contact.

pro'scan be used with a fan or utilized from the mouth nice jutsu I like fans on hot days may have to make a cw fan.
con's not sure on the size of the disk but I imagine the same size as the reference I used in the description hopefully as that seems like a legit good size for a C rank of this level.

She then manipulates the chakra being exerted out into wind creating a moving wall of wind invisible bricks and all which pushes any incoming short range enemy's backwards knocking them to the ground while pushing them back.

Okay back to this Kirio tags back and pulls a kunai from her ninja pouch then proceeds to build up wind chakra and channel it into the kunai and I see the chakra extend from the kunai which seems to have a longer reach now. Excellent I throw the kunai at a tree and it sticks in halfway to the tree hmm that'll do.

She then proceeds to exhale a gust of wind from her mouth moulding the wind into a twister type of blowing wind cycling around carrying anything it touches as it floats around the ground towards cass's clone. It picks his clone up and flings it around like a rag doll and drops him from 20ft when it disperse's woooo feelin the flow master.

Se stands still for a minute building chakra and cycling her wind chakra into tachikaze with a downwards arcing slash sending a slicing wind gust towards a nearby rock and easily slicing into it leaving a very apparent cut mark on the rock well that was simple. Yoruichi puts her tachikaze back in its holster and smiles.

pro's this is quite a good way to eliminate the usage of your enemy using projectiles against you. Also if you get creative with your slashing you can probly knock your enemy into the air.
con's requires a sword for using with this technique possibly a kunai might be acceptable but I doubt it which seems kinda weird why you can't use a kunai as a replacement but I guess the length of a kunai is shorter. Meaning that you need the length of a sword to really utilize the full extent of a wind gust slash
Se stands still for a minute building chakra and cycling her wind chakra into tachikaze with a downwards arcing slash sending a slicing wind gust towards a nearby rock and easily slicing into it leaving a very apparent cut mark on the rock well that was simple. Yoruichi puts her tachikaze back in its holster and smiles.
