Before we begin.

So I'm going to give you a choice. You can either use a template, or the other method.

So idea is simple, I will post the techniques and I will ask you to analyse them for me, for example: how to use it in battle, how to counter it, what is good about this technique (pros), what is bad about it (cons), what you like about it and etc. I think you pretty much get what I mean. The "How to perform" - part is a bit, not needed for, but you are more than welcome to perform it, if you don't understand the technique. It's better if we focus on the important things, like actually analysing the whole technique and knowing how to use it in a fight. Only filling the template is boring and sometimes not fun. I want to make this training as enjoyable as I can, I know templates can be boring and dull at times.

Something below are basic guidelines to use:

(Shinra Banshō Dōka No Jutsu) - Assimilate All Creation Technique

Type: Supplementary/Defense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15

Description: The user can take on the properties of any earthen material they touch and harden any part of there body. This jutsu also lets the user turn into fine grains of rock that can be used to do another jutsu. The issue with using this technique is that the user will gain all the weaknesses of the material they mimic, even if they are granted their strengths.

So there is some sand over there, I want you to touch it with you hand and by using chakra all throughout your body doing this in such a way turns your into fine grains of sand/rock, this technique can be used with another technique that'll you'll learn later one, this technique has had some abuse I'm aware of it, and it cannot be used to dodge an attack, so if someone uses a lighting technique and you use this, you will die. Another thing to this technique you don't have to turn into fine grains of rock, if you touch earth you can also harden any part of your body to that said material.

(Kao Utsushi no Jutsu) - Face Copy Technique

Description: This technique allows the user to take on the body of their target. They must remain close to the one they want to copy for a short period of time. Their body will then shape and contort to resemble the target. The copy is said to be so good that even family members of the target cannot tell they are a fake. The user will even take on the smell of the original. Unfortunately, the user does not copy the targets jutsu, leaving them with only their original skills. Practitioners of this jutsu are also skilled in quickly taking on the mannerisms of the original person and playing up the character traits of their target. Through a regular Henge in combination, they can copy the clothing of the opponent. Their appearance will eventually change back to their original form after several days.

Now this technique allow you to change the form of someone, but the one thing with this, you have to remain close to the person you want to transform into, for a short period of time, you take on their form, there smell, but you do not gain their powers.

-In battle, I'd probably used this like Chouji did with that "other" jutsu to become a hardened spinning boulder, but prolly not xD. As far as by itself, it's hard to really think of a good situation to use this other than to pass thru an earthen technique, or to harden part of me, though once you know the higher ranked earth jutsu's it kinda becomes redundant.
-Unfortunately due to earth's weakness to lightning, a simple D ranked release would be enough to stop this, C ranked enough to hurt and B ranked would probably be enough to kill the user. It seems to have more downsides than upsides.
-The advantages are being able to harden particular parts of your body or become fine granular sand, however the obvious disadvantage is against the inevitable lightning jutsu your opponent will surely use.
-Well, if I had learned it earlier on I might have liked it more, but because their are stronger canon Earth techniques that can achieve similar effects with a stronger defense, I'm not really a fan. However if i had a Chouji bio....

(Kao Utsushi no Jutsu) - Face Copy Technique
-I'll be honest, I dont really see a good reason to use this mid battle, perhaps before, perhaps after, but not in the middle.
-I would imagine killing the individual would undo the Henge, reverting them back to their original form.
-Some advantages i would say would be infiltrating an enemy land, or just hiding your own appearance from someone, also the fact it's not permanent makes it good for quick missions without having to change back. I guess the only disadvantage is that you look like someone other than yourself, and you don't gain their abilities.
-Well, It's got it's good points, but I can do this passively and copy them down to their energy signature so I probably wouldn't use it

(Soushouryuu) - Twin Rising Dragons

Description: A summoning technique meant almost exclusively for weapon's experts. To begin, the shinobi will remove two scrolls and set them on the ground, after forming the necessary hand seals, the two scroll rise into the air and begin to swirl around a middle vortex that is the user. They then use this space to launch themselves into the air between the spinning scrolls. From these scrolls the ninja can then summon a mass of weapons, which they then begin to throw at their opponent. If the first barrage fails, they can use wires that run from each weapon to their fingertips to pull them back into the air to strike at their opponent again.

This, I want you to grab out two scrolls and place them on the ground, then form some seals, this will cause the two scrolls to rise into the air and begin to swirl around you, you will then launch yourself into the air in the middle of the scrolls, from there the scrolls will summon a huge amount of weapons, every weapon has a wire attach to them, so if the first round misses you can control to swing around and strike your target again.

(Soushuuha) - Manipulate Advancing Blades

Description: This technique allows a shinobi to hover multiple kunai in the air while they approach a target. The technique allows a ninja to unleash a torrent of kunai, shuriken, or other weapons much more quickly than if each was thrown individually.

With this one, I want you to grab out two kunai, then by sending your chakra into the kunai, I want you to place them in the air, using your chakra to make them hover. From there you are able to simply send the kunai flying towards my clone. Pretty unused technique, I need to use this more.

-How to use in battle....well I can say as a first move would be best or when your opponent is pre-occupied. It really is a process to use it so I don't think many people would just let you complete the process without attacking.
-to counter I imagine something as simple as an earth wall or a gust of wind to send the weapons back would work, as well as stopping the opponent from completing the process of performing it.
-I'd say the advantage is there's really no set amount of weapons you can summon, seems the imagination is the limit. As well as being attached to wires so if they are just dodged you can say you pull back on them and attack from behind. A big disadvantage is that they are only weapons so they are easily defended, unless this could be used to launch paper bombs in the mix xD
-Not a huge fan of this one as it's a bit troublesome to use.

(Soushuuha) - Manipulate Advancing Blades
-It can be used to hover lots of weapons above your head (sorta open ended too, meaning I think even paper bombs) and have them ready as you move in close or use another move.
-To counter, one simply needs to stop the flow of chakra perhaps with world trembling or something like that, or just simply defend them the way you might normally defend against weapons (ie; throwing your own weapons in the path of the ones coming at you, etc; )
-Some advantages are having weapons on deck ready to launch at will at a much quicker rate than if you had to reach into a pouch to get them. The disadvantage is, it's just simple weaponry, unless like above, you can add paper bombs into the fray
-I actually like this one, and could see myself using it even in close range, I give it 4 thumbs up

Description: Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag. The exploding tags that the Third Hokage used were different than the usual bomb tags, being yellow in color instead of white with a red border.

I don't know why it is saying distant bomb tag, when the range is short, so I see this technique as a rather pointless technique. But anyway, I want you to throw a bomb tag at my short range clone, and then by sending your chakra into the tag, it will blow up and take my clone along with it.

(Ninpo: Bōseki Enbu no mai) - Ninja Art: Spinning Walts Dance

Description: The user will jump into the air and begin spinning around rapidly whislt releasing a continous amount of kunai converging in all directions around them.

This is rather simple, grab out as many kunai as your hands can handle, then jump up into the air, as you jump do it so you start to spin round and round, then release the kunai as you spin, releasing a barrage of kunai, as you keep spinning keep grabbing out more and more to continue the assault.

-Hm..well I suppose if I laid a trap with a tag then waited for the enemy to be near it before using it could serve a purpose, but it seems like this could always just be done free form without wasting a jutsu spot so I feel how you feel about this one.
-I would say to counter one would simply need to eliminate the bomb tag before it goes off, or interupt the user before he can detonate it.
-The advantage would be exploding a dormant tag, the disadvantage is using one of your 3 move slots for a free-formable move (my spell checker tried to commit suicide on the word 'free-formable" xD
-Not a fan at all, though if I had sneakily hid a tag then it might change my opinion on it.

(Ninpo: Bōseki Enbu no mai) - Ninja Art: Spinning Walts Dance
-Not really a bad technique, it's a good excuse to become airborne and can provide a 360 degree attack/defense from sneaky people.
-To counter I'd simply use a jutsu on the airborne opponent as they are spinning making harder for them to dodge the technique, or use something like peacock whirlwind to block the kunai's.
-The advantages are 360 degree attacking, the disadvantage is being airborne spinning around making you much more vulnerable.
-I feel rather indifferent about this one, I suppose I'll have a different opinion once I try it out someday.

(Ninpo: Bōkun Yobidashi no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Tyrants Calling Technique

Description: This technique enables the user to project an image of themselves in the sky in order to send a message. This technique can work as a good diversionary technique.

With this one, it's rather more used for NW, so I want you to release your chakra in such a way that it is able to create a larger version of yourself in the sky, it is not a hard copy of yourself, similar to the Haze clone technique, but this technique is more used to simply send a message.

(Rakka Kibaku Fuda) - Falling Paper Bomb

Description: The user will throw three paper bombs connected to kunai that act like parachutes and float down above the enemy. The user will then make the confrontation hand seal to explode the explosive tags when they reach their desired location.

I want you to gather three paper bombs from your pouch, that are connected to kunai, I want you to throw the kunai above my clone, the paper bombs attached to the kunai will act like parachutes of sorts, once you make the hand seal, the paper bombs will explode, you can do that any any given time

(Ninpo: Bōkun Yobidashi no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Tyrants Calling Technique
-Could be used as a distraction, but like you said, it's more of a NW or prefight technique used for RP aspects.
-Doesn't seem to need to be countered, but I suppose filling the sky with fire blurring the image would do the trick.
-The advantages are being able to spread the word so to speak from afar, or to relay a message massively alerting everyone without needed to send out messenger pigeons and so forth. I see no real Disadvantages.
-I like it as I've seen it used before and is a much easier way to get a message sent.

(Rakka Kibaku Fuda) - Falling Paper Bomb
-Interesting jutsu, as they can reach mid range in the air and you could, say let them float for a turn or so before exploding them, and some enemies may even forget about them being in the air.
-For countering, a simple wind jutsu or fire jutsu would do the trick, of course exploding them so best to do before they reach above you or you may still be caught in the explosion.
-As stated in how to use in battle, the advantage is having several floating paper bombs that can be exploded at your command when you want, and a few paper bombs going off is a decent sized explosion. The disadvantage if just that, they are only paper bombs.
-I actually kinda like this one, reminds me of playing the Naruto games and using the ninja tools, doesn't do as much damage on the game as they would in our RP though. I give it 2 thumbs up.

(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above
Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.
Note: Cannot merge into mediums which aren't tangible

Okay so this technique, wasn't around when I was taught nin. So just bear with me. I want you to gather you chakra and touch a object and send your chakra all throughout the thing you touched, you will start to merge into the thing. Good technique to avoid another techniques, also people who have dojutsu can see you in the medium, but not people with sensory. Good technique, we as normal ninjas can only use it twice.

(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique
-Intriguing, I had almost forgotten about this jutsu, and I'm surprised i dno't see it used more often. Can be used to merge with tangible mediums to avoid detection/damage.
-To counter, one needs to deduce the user is actually merged with something, then merely destroy that medium before they unmerge.
-Some advantages are being able to avoid direct damage, and being able to move at running speed which is cool. Disadvantages are being merged with something in a ninja world fulla meta-gamers xD.
-I like this, I'm really shocked I don't see it being used more often, I'm gonna try it out myself soon.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Summoning Technique

Description:
To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

Everyone wants to learn this one as of late, everything is in there. Perform the seals, and then what?

(Kuchiyose: Tetsuengo Kabe) -Summoning: Iron Protection Wall

Description: The user summons a large iron dome from one of their scrolls that covers themselves and even their teammates from enemies' attacks.
Note: Can only defend against B rank and down but doesnt block techniques directed from beneath.

I want you to grab out a scroll from your pocket, and it's a special one that has an iron dome kanji on it. From there, I want you to place the scroll on the ground, and slam it with your hand, of choice from there you will use your chakra to summon a large iron dome from the scroll, the dome can protect you from incoming attacks, and everything besides attacks directed from beneath, and obviously lighting will rip though this dome.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Summoning Technique
-I actually learned this one already, however it was C ranked at the time. Used to summon once performing the correct seals and wiping blood on one's hands and slamming them onto the ground or another surface, summoning something to the field during battle (ie; clones, summoning animals, etc..) or while in the NW.
-To counter, one needs only either interrupt the summoning before it can be completed, or just cause enough damage to the summoned creature depending on it's own stipulations and whatnot.
-The advantage is getting a partner to aid you in battle or in the NW for travel, the disadvantage is having to use one of your 3 moves either attacking aith/defending the summons.
-I like it...I like it alot...though I don't use it very often now that Nappa bit the dust....RIP Nappa :(

(Kuchiyose: Tetsuengo Kabe) -Summoning: Iron Protection Wall
-Interesting, I'm guessing the opening the scroll, placing on the ground and slamming the hands is why I don't see this one too often. Used to form a solid protective dome over one'self or over multiple people.
-Attacking from below, or overpowering with above B rank attacks.
-The advantage is a fairly solid dome to protect multiple individuals, the disadvantage is going thru the motions to summon the dome.
-I like it personally, if one was already crouched it could be used fairly quickly.

(Fuda Chūshutsu no Jutsu) Tag Extraction Technique
Type: Supplementary

Description:
After doing the Ram seal, the user will put his palm close to a hidden explosive tag or sealing tag and will draw it out towards his hand. If the tag is inside a solid object it will warp through it towards the users palm. The technique disables the tag as it draws near the users hand in the case its an explosive tag.

Okay so I am going to hide a paper tag in the ground next to you, you will know where it is. I want you to perform the ram hand seal, and place your palm close to the paper tag in the ground, by doing this you chakra in your palm will suck the tag out of the ground, this always disables the explosive, so you do not take damage. Don't really see the point of this. Still a neat technique though.

(Bodi-en no Jutsu) Ninjutsu: Body Flame Technique

Description:
This technique is used in a similar way to the Body Flicker Technique. When using this technique, the body appears like it's being engulfed by flames, disappearing from view slowly, masking the users own high speed movement. In essence, the technique is simply an elemental variation of Body Flicker technique and thereby follows the same restrictions and possible uses.

Pretty much the body flicker technique, only difference is that it looks like you get engulfed by flames, in the end you cannot use this in battles since you can't use the normal body flicker technique.

(Fuda Chūshutsu no Jutsu) Tag Extraction Technique
-Well then lol, I guess this would just be used to disable a hidden tag planted by the enemy, or to take out a tag you may have planted yourself without anyone getting hurt. It's like a bomb squad in a jutsu.
-I would imagine just blowing up the tag before it gets close enough to the user to be disabled.
-Besides what I listed in how to use in battle, I see neither advantages/disadvantages, it's like you said, I don't really see the point in this jutsu.
-Eh....It's OK....I suppose...*crosses arms and turns his back on the jutsu* xD

(Bodi-en no Jutsu) Ninjutsu: Body Flame Technique
-If I could use it, It's be pretty cool. Used to evade attacks/quickly appear somewhere in a virtual flash.
-I would think using a large scaled,360 attack would work if it affected the whole terrain, leaving them no where to re-appear.
-The advantage is being able to boogey on out of the way of a potentially lethal attack, or to quickly get from one spot to another to attack. Disadvantage is it does no damage. If it was like Fire substitute then I could understand, I don't see the point of this being elemental.
-I like it....would like it more if I could actually use it.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

Okay so like the elemental clones, I want you to half your chakra and make a real copy of yourself, the clone can use any technique you know, but the clones can be destroyed with much ease.

(Kuchiyose: Rashōmon) - Summoning Technique: Rashōmon

Description: This summoning creates a demonic form of the main gate of old Kyoto, which is capable of blocking almost any attack. The Rashomon stands tall and wide covering a range of about 10 meters in width and height.
Note: This technique can only block B rank and below.

With this, I want you to slam your hands on the ground, which will summon a large gate that is able to defend against b-rank and below techniques, the gate is rather large and both width and height, I do like this technique though.
