Let's see, I know with the second tomoe the user gains the ability to perceive much faster movements, The ability to break through genjutsu is increased allowing the user to pierce through visual C rank genjutsu and below. The user also gains the ability to perceive motions as well as be able to copy the motions perceived as long as he is able to physically perform them, The user can now track hand seals allowing them anticipate the opponent's jutsu. activating it will count as a move towards the users 3 move per turn.

• Tracking speeds higher than that of the one Tomoe Sharingan, up to the second gate speeds
• Higher clarity of perception than that of the one tomoe stage.

• Breaking through C-rank and below visual genjutsu techniques.

This is purely for tracking with your Sharingan, first Handseals tracking and then Taijutsu. for handseals as you know the Sharingan slowly stops time on which your eyes look at, making you able to observe the motions slower than it's actual speed, for this when you see handseals done fast you are able to know them accurately and predict the technique your opponent is going to use and counter attack accordingly.

*Performs 6 handseals finishing with the Tiger handseal, the handseals are too fast for the normal human eye to track*

Now with the usage of your Sharingan, track those handseals and tell me which technique was i going to use.

With my Sharingan active, I watch closely as you begin the string of handseals, It seems like I'm watching you preform them in slow motion one after another ending with the Tiger hand seal for a total of six.

I think you were going to use "Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique" or "Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique" seeing as both of them require six hand seals and end with tiger.

This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

* As you cancel you previous jutus, I keep watching you noticing your chakra begin to change as you preform the snake hand seal gathering chakra into your hands, Knowing this allows me to predict your jutsu as "Lightning Style: False Darkness" seeing as i know this jutsu as well. As soon as you emit the spear of lightning, I form the snake hand seal releasing my own spear of lightning, I follow your spear with my eyes so i can accurately block it with my own spear, When your spear begins to break into two pieces my own spear quickly does the same, safely neutralizing your lightning spear.

After our jutsu clash, I notice you swiftly appear in front of me, With my Sharingan active i can easily tracking your spinning body into the air, While watching you i notice you perform a spinning kick, I use my Sharingan to read and predict it's movement allowing me to see that your aiming for my chest, Knowing this i realize i have to act fast so i cross my arms across my chest as i channel earth chakra throughout my entire body Harding my skin to a steel-like quality, As soon as i do this the kick lands lending me flying back, While in the air i adjust my body so that i can land safely successfully countering the kick.

The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
