Do you know scientists themselves practically destroyed the absolution of Classical Physics? Einstein proved Newton wrong, so did Laplace . . . scientists themselves prove each other wrong to find out the truth, they dont need thumpers.... plus read my post.

Well the Ultraviolet Catastrophe forever overturned the scientific view about the world, even Plank could not believe himself..... but that didnt stop the birth of Modern Physics, science is about discovery not suppression of evidance. Usually such discoveries can be verified for some funny reason...... also strange there is no mention of a mummified Giant in Egyptian Texts (Well dont u think if Egyptians found a giant human and mummified it, they wld extensively write about it?)
Also why always pictures? A video documentary is always much more convincing cause Photoshop is a hell of a drug.

This would be amazing if this is real. It might be how the egyptians made the pyramids because if they did not have modern machinery how else could they move those huge blocks? With giant people that are 10+ feet tall could be the answer. People of that size would be much stronger than the average 5'8 person.

It will not destroy the evolutionary theory(I don't think) but it might get some people to be more serious about what is in the bible. As there are many historical proofs that back the bible up. I will try to not get off topic but in Australia the natives have passed down stories of a world flooding event. People far cut off from middle east and Europe should not have a story like that since they do not have access to the bible but they still had a story about a world flood.

This finding is more of an archaeological and historical finding than a scientific one.

What I don't like is mixing of religious feelings/biases with the evidence right next to us. No matter how well intended and scientific person may be when they start using their religious beliefs they screw up.

That's how I roll. I like to compare scientific facts with old legends and religious scripts so I can look for a fitting puzzle. But in the end, I can't 100% proof the statements so I keep it as theories in my mind.

If you are comparing scientific facts - then you need to look at the hard facts in front of you before making a theory or fitting them in a theory which was already in your mind ( from a religious text or any other particular set of thinking/belief). You are doing it wrong in your OP here. You picked an unverified unproven piece and tried to fit it in the theory and left the verification part out of equation. First collect all the evidence verify them , (then only it becomes a fact) and then make the theory.

They found it hard to believe that those sites could be older because time line didn't fit with the one given in their scripture. So they refused to believe it and decided that civilization they found must be much newer. And how come a new civilization progressed this fast- they got their answer- Aryan race invaded it and boosted it up.

Now you're going offtopic with ancient aliens and such, but I agree it is interesting. We're not debateting though I'm just saying that Mainstream Scientists and Historians should be taken as media ... believe what you see not what you hear.

The sudden knowledge boost doesn't exist. We have excavated layers after layers of Indus valley civilisation since then. It didn't develop suddenly- it's consistent and very widely spread. If anything the new comers ran into a well developed urban society.

And anything you are going to hand me about the word Aryan is probably going to be challenged by me on the basis of my own ancient text and references and new archaeological findings, if I get enough time. You will find how such debates go in circles.

Not off topic- You didn`t get the point. There is no real evidence for either- Just a bunch of far fetched, non existent or unverified claims( most of which gets proven fabricated pretty easily even). What you get are a lot of excited people with wishful thinking along with more random talk and argument without real facts and data to back them up.

Both go to any extent to prove the existence of something which we have no proper evidence for, be it aliens or giants. From where I am standing I don`t see the difference in their psychology- Just in the choice of mythical character they want to be existing.
