Those are called signatures and you can read this to get one:

Note that not everyone appears in the members list. Persons of certain user groups aren't shown. "User groups" are certain members of a certain group.
eg of general user groups: Premium Users, Moderators
eg. of an usergroup that won't show in the members list: Banned members
