Finding out Wi-Fi proxy on iPad?

How can I find the URL or whatever for the Wi-Fi connection on my iPad 2 because I want to play some games during school on my breaks but cant because the IT people at our school blocked Clash of Clans... Apparently they replaced the old proxy with a new one, anyone know how to find out apart from trying to ask them myself?

Proxies are usually blocked as well on school networks.

Your best bet would be to use a VPN, but usually their servers are blocked too.

If you really want to play games at school, then you should probably invest in a MiFi device.
