Neji is not fast enough like Lee & Sasuke to Kick Gaara's ass.I'm sure he can break through his sand armor but he won't be able to land any Gentle fist attacks on Gaara cause he's not faster than Gaara's sand.

He deosn't deserve to wear Sasuke or Lee's outfit,until he learns High Speed Taijutsu.
