, I just read the lastest chapter and I am so excited to see Rinnegan finally in action again
^^ Take a look at side text in the end of previous chapter: His Original Right eye is back... or in other translation: The Rinnegan returns to it's rightful owner.
It was way of Kishi's foreshadowing that Rinnegan's time to shine will finally come, and look here:
ALERT: This is from new chapter so open it for your own responssibility
^^ Madara says that if he uses full power of Rinengan then his style will get refined... keyword: Full power of Rinnegan.
And he was not bluffing but he begin to show Rinnegan's true power in action:

^^ Madara uses new Rinnegan technique which can blast his aims from distance as it's see. This new technique is perfect counter to Kakashi's offensive Kamui... no more Kamui one shot True original Rinnegan's wielder.
Even way of using this attack looks same as using Kamui:
Same zoom in eye before using Technique.
Also eats your words haters of The Rinnegan... and these who claimed that Rinnegan has nothing new to offer.
Yes Rinnegan gives Original wielder true Unlimited potential, as proven by Ibiki here:

NOTE: Madara still has only one eye... and we know that only with double eyes full potential of doujutsu can be awoken and ultilized.
Zetsu even further proves my words:

Imo I was right: Nagato(transplanted Rinnegan user with no Senuu DNA) < Obito(transplanted Rinnegan user with Senjuu and Uchiha DNA) < Madara(original Rinnegan user with Senjuu and Uchiha DNA).

- The Rinngan is truly Supreme Doujtusu and we are about to see it
- The Rinnegan gives user unlimited potential only if user awoken Rinnegan as rightful owner.
- Original Wielder with Rinnegan > Transplanted Wielder with Rinengan with Senjuu DNA > Transplanted Wielder with Rinengan with no Senjuu DNA
- No more Kamui one shot Rinnegan... New Rinnegan technique: Rinbo Hengoku perfect counter to Kakashi's Kamui
- Sage of six paths and Madara are only rightfull Rinnegan users who will unleash full potential of The Rinnegan.
- Madara still lack The left Rinnegan eye to unleash full power of Rinengan.
- Rinnegan > Wood release , Rinnegan > Sharingan
