I don't see why people didn't like it as much as LAB. People complained about her not learning each element, but A it was supposed to be a stand alone so there wouldn't have been time for all of that and B we've seen that what's the point of watching the same plot with a new cast? Let's make another Star Wars Episode 3 but replace Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill, Genius, mmm no.
That's probably because Book 1 was a pre planned mini event so it had a clear end. This was more of a made on an announcement to please fans. If they had had the time to work on it that they did Book 1 I can't imagine it being bad.
