It was also confirmed a long time ago that one of the Kabuto episodes will have another great animator working on it, but we don't know which episode it will be yet

We never had Bad Animation, Plus We had some really awesome fillers that improves the War Arc, if you consider bad animation, I'd say its normal, Average at best to Decent to Solid Animation we had for the last few years
