We've never seen Mikoto's skills before the massacre.I don't think she even had the Sharingan,Sasuke's daughter on the other hand will have access to both his excellent Uchiha genes and Sakura's healing skills.

@ OP And considering Kishi treats females as pairing fodder I woudnt expect great things out of this female Uchiha if I were you.I am willing to bet that this girl is going to be a pairing fodder for Naruto's son Borito and I expect Hinata 2.0 to be released in Part 3 to complete the set
