The weapons factory is most likely producing seastone weapons for smile users using skilled bulked up Wano Craftsmans and Samurai. Imagine smile users with seastone weapons obeshotting DF users. No wonder Akainu was hesitant and abit scared.​

The reason i am not sure of it first i dont think Akainu would fear anything . Also Wano 's non isolation and not being part of world govt really leaves Akainu with nothing .

I am 100 percent certain he will send Admirals to monitor the wano country seeing how dangerous Luffy has become (possibly Im - sama will act from here ) and if the wind of big mom entering wano reaches Marine headquarters they will act fast because they now two yonko alliance is a troublesome for marines .

Stand aside I believe . Look at loguetown with smoker who waited for pirates to cancel each other out .thats the typical marine mentality .

Marines would probably enter when both sides have weaken each other to clean up the mess and take credit. Also they would possibly publish false news report to make them seem like they did something good
