Finally some good female characters leads!!!

Lady Macbeth: Was able to become the Queen of Scotland due using her wits and ruthless behaviour. She still is a role model for dramatic characters. Even if her actions are questionable, she is one of my favorites characters.

If you are looking for impressive female characters from literature too then Rebecca Sharp from Vanity Fair by Thackery must be on the list.

I also like many of the female characters written by Bernard Shaw.

I'm not very fond of Catherine Earnshaw even though she's a good character, i think my personal preferences of liking always affects what i call a good female character .
