Hello guys, after reading The lastest chapter manga proved that only Sage of six paths and Madara Uchiha as true owners of Rinnegan can access unlimited/unbounded potential of Rinnegan.
Here is proof:

Possibilites of Rinnegan seem endless with no bottom at all.

Here comes my idea's for full potential of Rinnegan:
Deva Path:
- Gravity manipulation with pinpointed location by user's eye as source of Gravity: Limbo Hengoku
- Increasing/descreasing gravity force, make enemies heavier or lighter
- Gravity focused catch/capture, catching Enemy to being able to move him or attack him while he/she is restricted
- Gravity force crush, Catching enemy then focusing all gravity force to crush Enemy's body from all sides
- Gravity controled catch movement, Moving enemy caught by gravity force with wave of hand... controlling exactly movement of vicitim
- Gravity force shield defending your from all sides for some time.(Constant Shinra Tensei)
- pulling black orbs(Same used to Chibaku Tensei), free amount of them dependant of chakra working on specific distance
- Ability to use push or pull around specific area(hand, legs... not entire body if user doesn't want)
Asura Path:
- Create any meachnical arms
- Create army of meachnical clones
- more weapons to use
- Powerfull chakra beams and barrage missiles
- Ability to manipulate chakra through mechanical parts
- Can repleace any lost limb, part of body with mechnical stuff.
Animal Path:
- More powerfull and wider amount of summoned animals
- Ability to speak through animals
- Ability to call for help of animals or convince them to fight for you
- Ability to change enemies into animals for specific time.
- Ability to take over Animals of opponent's
Preta Path:
- Can absorb bigger amount of chakra
- Can absorb faster amount of chakra
- Can turn absorbed chakra into yours and make you able to use it
- Can create barrier at bigger distance and specific area: (just legs, hands) or some area along with body of Rinnegan's user
Human Path:
- Can ripp opponents's souls from their bodies at bigger distance and faster
- Can ripp free number of opponents souls at once
- Can read free number of opponents mind's
- Can control people mind or cause amnesia to them.
- Can destroy mind of vicitim
Naraka Path:
- Can rebuild free number of mechnical bodies
- Can steal more souls at once
- Can rebuild physcial body from remains or rotted corpse
- Can make body stronger after rebuilding it
- Can alter physical body making it constant change not just temporary
Outer Path:
- Can revive free number of people and amount of time passed from their death doesn't matter to them
- Can revive himself if just a bit of life force still left in him.

- Mastery over Ying Yang release
- Mastery over Five basic elemnts: fire, wind, water, Lightining and earth
- KKG or Kekkei Totta or even more advance combination of base elements
