Most thought it would be Big Mam, however, you do give some very valid points. I consent! Definitely! However, Jora seems rather old compared to Lola, but may still be legit.

Also it's the typical way the manga goes, where the crew make several friends before going into action. Sanji already made one, and Usopp is obtaining a "small" army as well.

Also it is not like Oda to wait very long before revealing such "secrets", like when he hid that they were going for Kaidou, he didn't take long to reveal it. It still seems like meeting Big Mom is an arc way out in the future, thus your idea is very likely.!
