[Fuuin] Finally learning about Sealing things

Fuuinjutsu or Sealing Arts are a form of jutsu that allows for one to seal a variety of different things into something else, a vessel if you will. It also has the ability to unseal things as well.
It has a variety of ways it can be used and as such have a variety of methods of activation, some fuuinjutsu can be activated at will to seal the desired object or jutsu, others have a trigger, something which prompts them to act, for example this could be a particular jutsu entering a certain range around the seal. all of them have one thing in common and that is the aspect of using chakra in order to contain, restrict or nullify something.
From previous conversations, fuuinjutsu works by sealing chakra, so a corresponding amount of chakra needs to be used to be able to seal a jutsu in this example. A b-rank jutsu with 20 chakra, will need a b-rank fuuinjutsu to be able to seal it.
Just remember, if you boost the chakra value of the sealing technique, it will be able to seal more.
( Isshi Tōjin ) - Light String Formation

Description: This barrier is designed to prevent anyone from leaving its confines. Once within a certain range of the person, the user erects the barrier underfoot rendering anyone within the seals, incapable of escaping. Should the user use on someone of a higher rank than him, than the effects will be null. However, should 2 or more barriers are combined, then the effects will be increased one rank ( Kages would effect Sages now, for example ).
( Fuuinjutsu: Kōmu Kekkaijutsu ) - Sealing Arts: Crimson Mist Barrier Jutsu

Description: By summoning a thick wall of mist, the user can impair sight for all within it. It also masks any sound from being heard outside of the mist. The effectiveness of this technique varies between users as it depends on the user's skill. Starting at Chunnin rank, this lasts for 1 turn and can be extended 1 turn per rank increase up to Kage rank (6 turns). Chunnin and Special Jounin can use this up to Short range, Jounin and S-class Ninja can use this up to Mid range and Sannin and up can extend this to long range.
( Isshi Tōjin ) - Light String Formation
So this is a containment seal that is triggered by the user when someone enters within its range, trapping them. If I were to use this on a sage ranked person then it would not finalize but if i layered it on top of itself then it would have the ability to trap a sage rank correct? Would this seal work on incoming ranged attacks, like fire or lightning or is it limited to a person as that is what is specified within the jutsu text?
( Fuuinjutsu: Kōmu Kekkaijutsu ) - Sealing Arts: Crimson Mist Barrier Jutsu
So this is outdated mechanics wise, so i dont know the validity of its use in the current rp, but assuming rough rank comparisons and such It would last for 1 turn at chuunin, 2 or 3 at jounin and 4-6 for sage?
( Isshi Tōjin ) - Light String Formation - Yes it would work that way. As for working on attacks, read the tech again and you tell me what you think!
( Fuuinjutsu: Kōmu Kekkaijutsu ) - Sealing Arts: Crimson Mist Barrier Jutsu - Ranks were condenced, so 1 turn chuunin, 2 turns jounin, 3 turns sage. But you haven't told me how the tech works in itself.
Purely based on the wording, the barrier would not trap jutsu from leaving the confines as it specifically only refers to a person trapped within it.

( Fuuinjutsu: Kōmu Kekkaijutsu ) - Sealing Arts: Crimson Mist Barrier Jutsu -
This creates a a wall of thick mist that is designed to obrstruct a persons vision as well as their hearing. It doesnt have a particular trigger to activate it outside of the users own judgement. It doesnt stop any sound that is within the mist itself, but sound from outside of it entering. So it can be used to distract the target while you can set up another technique that they would not be able to hear coming, until it entered the range of the mist.
Indeed it wouldn't work on jutsu, only people.

Description: Kekkai Houjin is a high-level Fuuinjutsu trap technique. An array of explosive markers is jointly placed around the boundary of an area. If any opponent walks through the boundary, the seals will activate and explode.
(Kekkai: Tengai Hojin) - Barrier: Dome Method Formation
The trigger for this jutsu is the act of clapping the hands, afterwards its creates a barrier thats primary purpose is for detection. It does not reach under the ground and is only in a dome shape from on top of the ground with the user in the center. At the command it can expand (I assume from short to mid range), allowing for the user to sense anything that moves. This techniques has a maintenance cost of 10 chakra per turn.
(Kekkai Houjin) - Barrier Method Battle Array
Explosive markers are placed around a certain area, within short range of eachother (i assume). the trigger for this technique is when an opponent walks and passses through the boundary, resulting in explosions that damage the opponents.
Yeah barrier dome goes to mid when you expand it. It's the dome Jiraiya makes when he's on top of Gamaken against Pein. Pein is in the chameleon and he uses this tech to try and find Pein.

( Kekkai Kireme no Jutsu ) - Barrier Shatter Technique

Description: The user will insert their chakra into a active barrier to then interfere with the source and cancel the barrier shattering its shell.
Note: Must make direct contact. Regular Fuuinjutsu users can dispel Barrier Techniques B-Rank and below. Uzumaki bios can dispel up to A-Rank. Advanced Sealing Specialists can dispel up to S rank Barriers.
(Fusen no Kekkai) Tag Barrier
Type: Defensive/Supplementary

Description: The user will take a tag marked with the kanjis 障害 (Shōgai) and either place it on a weapon (like wrapped around a kunai's handle) or on a surface (like the ground). Upon doing so, a defensive spherical barrier is erected around the tag as a seal. The barrier can be used to defend against up to B-Rank ninjutsu but also be used to contain an enemy inside if feasible.
( Kekkai Kireme no Jutsu ) - Barrier Shatter Technique
This technique allows for someone to disrupt the flow of chakra within an existing barrier they do not control and shatter it. The level of technique it can break is equivalent to your abilities within fuinjutsu, ie I would only be able to break b rank barriers, if I was an uzumaki it would be up to a-rank and when i i get adv fuuin as i cant seem to find an Advanced Sealing specialty in the specialty list, it will be up to S-rank. You would probably need to be able to identify the type of barrier and you need to make direct contact with it in order to break it.
(Fusen no Kekkai) Tag Barrier
So using tags, the user can create a b-rank barrier around them or ona location or item with the tag at the centre. As its a short rank technique would the barrier only reach within short range around the tag? And if its wrapped around a kunai, would you be able to throw the kunai with the tag to a location to set the barrier up to for example protect an ally or familair/summon/clone? Also if its used to trap an opponent, wouldnt they just be able to remove the tag from the ground or the kunai to release it? if it stops b-rank nijutsu, could you for example disrupt an opponents move by throwing a kunai at the opponent to form the barrier around them when they use a technique? Like for example. Someone begins to use a fire technique and i throw the tagged kunai to their feet and a barrier is expanded, will it stop the justu when it hits the barrier from the inside?

I assume you mean short range tech, yes that's it's max range. If you throw the kunai, it will be a barrier around that playing rank vs rank (damage vs damage or chakra vs chakra depending on the situation). They'd need counter with a jutsu (per rp rules). And you wont prevent the jutsu but you'd be able block it.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and generates a special barrier that surrounds the target forming a "cuboid" construct of pink chakra which begins draining the chakra of the target caught inside. This technique can be used in conjunction with shadow rope technique or other restrictive techniques to further hinder the target. Once caught inside it, the target cannot mold chakra above S-rank and the barrier itself can only be broken by B-Rank techniques or by attacking the user of the technique.

Description:
The user will create 2 or more scrolls with an embedded sealing formula that connects them all together. As such, anything written in one scroll will appear written in all the connected scrolls. A very useful communication technique, it can connect scrolls regardless of the distance between them. To activate the scroll, the user needs to perform a key of hand seals that will be unique for each creation and only known to those the user wishes, preventing the use of the scrolls by those the user doesn't allow.

(Fuuinjutsu: Kami Komyunikēshon) Sealing Arts: Scroll Communication technique
Essentially its a phone text chain but with written words and scrolls. 2 or more so as many as you want, any distance. Key of handseals (passcode basically) unique to each creation is used to activate the scroll
That is one, but if you try to draw in chakra you can't control like Sage chakra or prana, it isn't going to end well for you.
( Fūin Fuda ) – Sealing Tag

Description: A basic sealing technique where the user places one or more tags either directly on a target or on a technique which is restraining it. As its placed, a sealing formula spreads around the technique or the target, sealing it. This technique has been seen used with Sand ninjutsu, Earth, Water, Wood, Cloth Ninjutsu, etc but basically any technique in which you can apply the tags can be used. In the case of expert ninjas, the tags might even be incorporated into the restraining technique, with no need to actually manually place the tag or tags. Additionally, less experienced ninjas can find that throwing one or more kunais with the sealing tags attached at the technique which will trigger the same effect when the kunais stick on the technique. This prevents the target from moving, molding chakra or even being summoned.
Note: The seal takes a while to form, so most opponents can either counter the restraining technique (thus preventing the sealing formula of taking effect) or rip off the tags from themselves negating its effects entirely. If the target, however, fails to counter the restraining technique or is counter to it fails or if he doesn't remove the tags in his next move, then the seal will fully be placed and the target unable to release himself.
Note: This technique is specially designed to be used on summons and Edo Tensei Summons but will work on any opponent except Jinchurikiis.
( Chakra Haisui Fūin no Jutsu ) – Chakra Suppression Seal Technique

Description: The user places this seal on the forehead of a Jinchuuriki influenced by the powers of a Bijuu, to forcibly cause the Bijuu's powers to recede. The Jinchuuriki becomes exhausted after this happens.
Note: This can only restrict Jinchuuriki in their Incomplete form, not when they completely transform into the Bijuu.
( Fūin Fuda ) – Sealing Tag
Its a technique that uses a tag on a restrained opponent or the technique that restrains them, sealing them making then unable to mold and use chakra. This has been seen used alongside sand ninjutsu, cloth ninjutsu etc. Mainly used to seal edo tensei summons or opponents it cannot be used on jinhcuuriki. I could use this alongside my paper ninjutsu on Youko to make use of it effectively. If the tag isnt countered or taken off the target within one turn the fall under the effect of the tag.
( Chakra Haisui Fūin no Jutsu ) – Chakra Suppression Seal Technique
Place a seal on the forehead of a jinchuuriki while its in the incomplete state and it suppresses the bijuu powers leaving the target in an exhausted state.
Sealing tag: You're only gonna make use of this if you've basically incapacitated your opponent to start with due to the time it takes to completely bind.
For the Jin seal, good luck getting close O_<
( Han'you Fūin ) - Generic Sealing Technique

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items or weapons that have been stored using Fūinjutsu,typically they are stored within scrolls. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons. The items themselves are unaffected by time. This Technique allows the user to seal any weapons they wish being their own or opponents.
Note: Cannot seal opponent's custom weapons, or the special weapons of a particular character ( example: Samehada or Kubikiribocho ).
Note: Can only seal corpses, and not injured people regardless of the extent of their injury.
( Fūin Wana Bakuhatsu ) – Sealing Trap Explosion
