It would make kakashi 16/17 years old.
When Naruto was 12-13, Kakashi was 25 in part 1.
When Naruto is turning 4, Kakashi would be turning 16-17.
His voice lowering is just on a late age.

of course the timeline is totally messed up! we've seen flashbacks before of Oro spying on Itachi's training which would make no sense with these fillers. Also, the Hokage Guard Platoon who were taught the Hiraishin by Minato would've been only about 13 years old? Somehow I don't really buy that!

A - Itachi ''Mastered'' the sharingan at 8 years old so he attained it earlier, concerning the fact he graduated from the academy at 7 years old we can assume at least as early as 7 years old. He Became a Chunin at 10 and an Anbu 6 months later. So shuriken training could have been seen by Orochimaru considering it was only a few of years difference in the whole thing

B - Genma was in Kakashi's academy year group and is considered an elite Jounin, if Kakashi were to be taught the FTG similarly to him, the timeline would not be messed up. Why would the canon be conflicted by filler, and if it were why would the canon be questioned?

Why, cause Obito for some reason sounded like a full grown adult man at the age of 14? That's dumb. Kakashi and Tenzo sound fine. Japanese voices tend to be a little higher anyway.
