Final war arc chapter!!! Rick grimes vs negan predictions

so its soon going to be time when the final issue of walking dead will be revealed, now we already know that rick exactly wasent injured, the whole bow that dwight shot him with wasent infected, and that was confirmed in this current issue, we also see that in the end rick tried to compromise with negan by asking to join his side and be his ally, and in the last page, he see negan loose his guard for a second as he starts to feel bad for what he was doing and rick just slits for his throat like a badass, also its almost 99.99 percent confirmed that negan will die, first the knife that rick used on negan was infected, second, he got pretty good, i dont negan will be recovering anymore, he is not getting a second chance, it will end right there, near the ricks group and their gates, also it might be interesting to see what is going to happen, after that chapter, because there might be a new group appearing soon or something. but yeah pretty much.
what are your guys opinions, will rick group actually make it thru the next chapter, and will there be any other deaths, besides rick, here is also the cover issue for the next chapter.

he was 7 at the beggining, its been atleast 5 years since then, also there were time skips, the carl you see on my sig holding, abrahams m16 was much shorter that the carl we see at the end of the war arc. so that means that even during negan timeline carl has grown quite alot.

I'm pretty sure in an interview with the creator, he said something like time has barely passed at all, and if it has, he'd say it's been only a couple years. So current Carl is like 9.
