This is assuming Kubo wants to retain that tradition. But don't forget that the more souls are harvested (by anything), the closer Aizen is to creating the Ouken and defeating the Soul King. But, this is assuming Aizen has even escaped the Muken.

I believe he'll escape Muken, the guy seems too suspicious, he'll find a way.

Of course, i'm talking about what could happen in future.
Aizen need 100.000 living souls for Ouken, it's very unlikely that he will go back to KT for it, i found more plausible for him to Hypnotise some RG member and with his help enter Royal Realm, but we still don't know where is the first ouken hidden.

I believe he'll escape Muken, the guy seems too suspicious, he'll find a way.

Already confirmed that he will be back, we just have to wait and see will he escape Muken on his own or will someone help him or maybe he already escaped.

It's an interesting option, ofc we can't past Haschwalth words as fact, but Uryu joined Wandenreich, only because he want to avenge his mother, so i predict that in one moment, he will betray them and go to Ichigo. I don't see him as someone who would betrayal his friends and i don't see him as villain material.

i say bach but these days i feel like soul king may be the final villian.so it settles all we have to see things
1.urahara,yourichi,isshin
2.full bringers & visoroids(we have seen few but what about others)
3.Aizen(most important in my opinion)
4.grimmjow,nel & others arrancars or espadas(if they are any)
5.orihime,chad
we have yet to see some major bankai's without revealing them makes me sad and angry
so if they are against soul king i believe they need all the help they can get

But honestly, I would love that Soul King be the last villain.

I don't like idea of Aizen being last villain, at all. It would be like we are seeing again Ichigo VS Aizen, right?

And, yeah, Urahara being a villain would be like the biggest plot twist but I don't believe that something like that will happen.

I mean, Urahara is a man who went through many things and in my opinion he had lots of opportunities to become one of the bad guys so I can't see him becoming a villain.
And that's only one thing.
I think that Kubo is not that kind of mangaka who would make character like Urahara a villain.

I don't think that Zaraki will fight with Bach, he don't really stand a chance against him, i see him in battle against Hashwalth and i would like winner to be Hashwalth.

There's too many things that doesn't add up if Kishi turned out to be a villain, it'd would require several chapters of explanation and some really good reasoning, which is something we rarely see from Kubo.

Personally I'm hoping for Bach to just be the last villain. The Soul King would be fine as well, but Aizen is a totally overrated villain. I wouldn't mind if he made a comeback, but I don't want him to play too big a role in this last war.

The problem is that Gremmy said that. No one other confirmed that. Hashwalth have the title Grand master of Sternritter it speaking for itself, i see that Askin, Pepe, Colonel Sanders and even Bazz-B ending stronger than Grammy in the end.

Kubo said aizen will play a big role in this war arc in one of interviews.

Final villain will be jugram the grandmaster.
