lets see... you have to deal with all of the following to tie things up
pein, sasuke, madara, akatsuki, and danzo, ... the sharingan has been hyped up the most, not the rennegan so it goes before sharringan... and sasuke takes madara down more than likely... and naruto and sasuke either resolves things which i have a theory on... or fights at the valley of the ends again

Naruto will eventually have to fight Sasuke. I think that would be the final battle.

Since the beginning of the Manga they are the main rivals. People are already expecting this fight for a long time. But i wouldn't call Sasuke a villain in all this.

They will battle again at the Valley of the End. Why do you think it's called that way?

o think sasuke will get madara's EMS and then he will fught naruto but naruto will go to eight tailed, maybe nine and then kick his ass

Exactly, the manga DOES need to end with a Naruto v Sasuke fight, not a final Akatsuki fight.. if Madara were to beat Sasuke and then lose to Madara, it'd ruin the story of two rivals.

No matter who beats Madara, the other one can't lose to him. I think it'd be a nice twist for Naruto to beat Madara, and Sasuke to beat Pein though.... like Sasuke comes to Konoha and decides to save them from Pein, and kills him. Madara would be all WTFMATE and attack Sasuke and the rest of the village in a weakened state, and then Naruto FINALLY comes back and whoops Madara. Then a fight for the Hokage title ensues? Dunno..
