Yes because taking on 1000 clones, with 1/1000 chakra of the original have the combat prowess of the original despite the fact that time and time, the manga has shown the fighting prowess of the clone user diminishes the more clones they make. Hence why this War Arc, Hashirama, Minato and Naruto did not casually spam clones. Hashirama didn't do it against Madara either because do you know why, he'd one shot those clones with zero effort leaving the real Hashirama in a vulnerable position. Furthermore, that fight was inconclusive as Kimi didn't finish Naruto off either and Naruto then went on to fight Sasuke. Kimimaro took on KN0 Naruto, Sasuke took on KN1 Naruto, so the Naruto Sasuke fought was stronger than the one Kimimaro fought.

You must have not seen the fight. Sasuke took on several of those Kyuubified clones with a three tomoe without even using the cursed seal. Kimmimaru wins this with ease, but not because of that argument.
