I could have done without the ass pulls with no proper explanation, the countless flashbacks, and Kaguya. Other than that I enjoyed these last few arcs.

But, as to your original post; Yeah. After the War Arc had begun the bad started to outweigh the good that we being brought in. I mean, sure. I like some new concepts and idea's that Kishi has. But, he's just not doing some of his characters justice.

He practically sacrificed a chance to develop different nations and peoples in his story with Naruto going to each battle field and handling it. I would rather of seen individual characters grow. Madara's personality was boring. Either too powerful or Kishi had no true idea how to handle him but the fact he sat around for so long was upsetting.

Obito and Tobi are characters entirely different and even feel like separate entities. I don't mind Obito entirely, but compared to what he once was he is trash. The fact of the matter is, even with dumb ideas or wasted potential. If Kishi gave us a good villain since the unmasking or kept Obito as such, I wouldn't of minded all of this new updated information and changes to what we knew for years.

If I could, I would trade Pein for Obito in the final fifty or sixty chapters. That was a villain who could inspire both curiosity and tension.

I feel like the whole significant characters dieing was a massive disappointment.... why would Neji of all characters die? Nothing was gained, so much potential lost. It would've been cool if we saw Hinata + Sakura + Kakashi die, that would've surely made the manga much more interesting.. Neji's Byakugan could've meant something.. and it was just thrown away.
