Is this the final power up of naruto?then what about the propercy of that old toad?old toad said that naruto is the one who is going to change the world but he is tagging along with sasuke.does that mean they are both the propercy?hermit also said about naruto to change the world he didnt talk about sasuke.how will naruto become spot light?

The Child of Prophecy is the one will bring peace. That will be Naruto, not Sasuke. So Sasuke can be there to help, but it will be Naruto who ultimately succeeds in changing the world.

Coz he obtains power through love and cooperation. He can understand and relate to people that's why he will be the driving force to change the world.

Or maybe he's just the chosen one that will inherit the powers of the bijuus to change the world and sasuke is the other child of prophecy that will change the world in another way?

Nopes..!! Only Naruto is the one who can change the World and can bring peace. Sasuke still doesn't care about other's feelings. While Naruto cares about others feelings and knows that how others feel.. =D That's all..!!
