What could Itachi have that Sasuke wont. Sasuke has the potential to get all of those things while Itachi is dead.

Itachi doesn't have Izanagi, it was said that you need both Uchiha and Senju DNA to use it as Obito stated to Konan

Logically Izanami should require the same requirements but Kishi plot hole allow Itachi to use it or they wouldn't have beat him.How is Itachi going to have EMS and PS by the end of the series if he's dead? He has MS and Final Susanoo that carries Totsuka blade and Yata mirror. People seem to think Totsuka blade make Itachi win this low diff and fail to know that Itachi never used it to absorb nonliving things, he didn't use it on CT and nonliving things being trapped in an endless genjuts makes no sense. Itachi would have to stab Sasuke with Totsuka blade which can be easily knocked away which his own Susanoo sword. Sasuke have better eyes and could predict Itachi's attacks better as he was starting to see Juubito's movements when MS Sasuke couldn't keep trap of A or Bee.
I Say Sasuke wins this, His leg Susanoo has better mobility and can attack from different angles along with using his Snake for more speed. He also shown to have improved his predictability (EMS) the more he got use to his eyes. He knows how Izanami works and wouldn't fall for it, plus Itachi stated it's not a jutsu to be used in real battle as shown all those times Kabuto fatally wounded him (edo). Itachi still have his disease and prolong use of Susanoo would pretty much kill him as would going all out.
Itachi doesn't have KA, he gave that to Naruto and it was Naruto's before Itachi destroyed it. Izanami is not a jutsu you can use in real battle as Itachi himself stated and as shown when Kabuto fatally wounded Edo Itachi as he was setting it up so in a real fight Itachi would be dead before the jutsu was ready. Tsukuyomi can be broken out of, Sasuke with MS had stronger eyes than Itachi, Sasuke was said to have better eyes than Itachi since part 1 by Orochimaru. Sasuke countered all of Itachi's other genjutsus with 3 tomoes and used his CM to break out of Tsukuyomi so EMS will be enough for him.
Totsuka would only work if Itachi can stab/impale Sasuke who have better eyes than him, being able to almost predict Juubito's movements, and can easily block the Totsuka blade with his own Susanoo blade. Yata mirror will give him great defense but Itachi's disease, side effect pain from using MS jutsus (Susanoo did the most damage and Sasuke said how it ached every cell in his body and wondered how bad it was for Itachi cause he was ill) and going blind. Itachi wouldn't last long if he uses Susanoo for too long.

Some people just don't get obvious foreshadowing.
Too bad Itachi doesn't have KA, he gave that to Naruto then destroyed after it's use. If anything it goes into Naruto's arsenal.
