Final Form Susanoo??

It was very clear that madara had to use the summon the perfect form susanoo. Do you think the rinnegan is needed to obtain a perfect form of susanoo? being that it is the last step in the uchiha eye evolution

maybe he was switching EMS to rinnegan at will but he did turn rinnegan on when he activated perfect susanoo but idk well find out

i dont think so. but i guarantee sasuke will get the perfect form without working for it. im 100% sure. thats what he did with all his other powers. plus, suigetsu still have to give sasuke his other free power up.

i think the rinnegan makes the susanoo complete in terms of size (it is friggin huge, bigger than the wood release already there)and granting the use of ninjutsu( example"meteor)

No I don't think you need the Rinnegan to be able to use the final form of Susanoo. It's still an Uchiha technique, however you may need EMS. It just seems like Madara's Susanoo has progressed much farther than any other Susanoo we've seen before. I do think Sasuke will be able to use the final Susanoo, but i'm sure his will look different. (As every Susanoo varies from user to user)

i agree with Jokule. i doubt sasuke will ever achieve something of this magnitude lol. nor will he get the rinnegan; he doesnt deserve it. plus im leaning on the side that maybe to use this final form you need the rinnegan. it would make sense. final susa-no-o with the final eye dojutsu

Sasuke will get a Rinnegan. Kishi has been setting him up for it since his battle with Itachi.

The so called "Perfect Susanoo" could be EMS or Rinnegan. To me it just looks huge and not really much different from the final forms of Sasuke and Itachi Susanoo. I think he just upped it to a huge scale to use some Rinnegan tech. Perhaps another even more massive space rock? "The Ultimate Evil Decision" sounds pretty dang ominous. Dropping the moon maybe?

Madara had a good amount of time to play with his EMS before he died, which means more time to perfect things like Susanoo.

Sasuke has yet to use his EMS for anything other than the most basic stuff. His fight of fate with Naruto is still on, and even if it gets canceled by a change of heart Sasuke still needs some power ups to be on the level of the "Big Three" Naruto, Edo Madara, and Tobi. Hell he couldnt even do anything to Kabuto.
