If used at the start of battle then they will decrease -5 on all ninjutsu and -10 to all taijutsu he uses, for the next turn only. The higher your up in the rank the more your armor will be upgraded to a more powerful state. Each Rank have their own set starting With E Rank Mandolorian, D Rank Mandolorian Scout, C Rank Mandolorian Fighter. Etc.. The activation of the armor is through channeling chakra all throughout the armor . Causing the functions of the armor to activate. The armor's helmet possesses a pair of special lenses on them and foreign chakra to the rest. The foreign chakra is able to almost instantly channel into the human brain from the helmet when foreign chakra is detected inside the body, these lenses are like the Dojutsus that the Uchihas possess to a limit. These lenses give the user the ability to track the speed as the 1 tomoe sharingan. The armor and all it's abilities can then be controlled via voice command. The armor is made from a special chakra emitting metal and can deflect simple kunai & shuriken without receiving damage. The armor transmits data to it's user allowing the user to effectively use his 5 sense(including touch) All armors have communicators inside of them aswell, to communicate with each other even while inside the armor. Furthermore the Mandalorian armor has many sensing aids which boost the user's visual perception. Also the part of the armor covering the users mouth can open if there is a concentration of chakra in the user's mouth, allowing the user to spew out attacks normally. The armor's jet-pack is operated by a fuel tank which is compartmentalized to prevent accidental explosions.</p><p>Jet-Pack: The user gains the ability to fly and maneuver in sky using his pressurized Jet-pack. The Jet-Pack moves the user around at his/her base speed level. Can fly for two turns at a time with a one-turn recharge time. The jetpack can be used a total of five times before it runs out of fuel.</p><p>Immunity to C-rank and Below Taijutsu as well as Simple Weapons: Due to it's strong material the Mandalorian armor can absorb the damage dealt by C-rank and below Taijutsu. </p><p>-Chakra Sensing Using the armors helment the user gains the ability to see chakra but not differentiate between shadow clones.</p><p>-Motion Sensing: The helmet allows the user to better track and see objects in motion. This ability is equivalent to the motion sensing of a 1T Sharingan.</p><p>-Infrared and Heat Seeking: The armor's helmet allows the user to see and seek heat signatures using infrared vision.</p><p>-Vibrating Sword: By vibration his sword the user can increase his cutting ability as well as the power of his Kenjutsu (+15). A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental. </p><p></p><p><strong>Passive Abilities:</strong></p><p><u>General</u></p><p>-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces. </p><p><u>Helmet</u></p><p>-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. With his wings he can use them to perform any kenjutsu technique excluding samurai techniques, cloud style kenjutsu, and bio bound techniques. His legs are strong enough to allow him to jump above his opponent and combine this with his kenjutsu when delivering attacks. Fangs also has the ability to transform itself on the user and/or ally into a bat-themed armor to protect them from the damage of either taijutsu attacks or explosive tags including element-based ones. Medea wears a hooded bluish-purple robe and is very beautiful for a bat. She always appears with a luscious smile on her face when entering battle. She wields a staff with her feet and she can focus her chakra through it and use it perform her techniques. One of them being, by channeling her lightning chakra and then throwing her staff at the target in question and once it is within range, the staff will convert itself into lightning and make a coil formation, and bind the object, containing it. The staff will revert back and return to Medea after the technique is done, regardless if it succeeds or not. She can also do this with other objects that she creates using a combination of the lightning shadow clone technique and transformation technique if she doesn’t wish to lose her staff to a strong attack, and the summoner can launch them for her. Unfortunately, these objects do not return to the creator and simply disperse. She is as tall as a female human and her speed when flying is impressive. Alternatively the user can spin the blade ferociously as he would his body before launching forward towards the target. The sword would go through the opponent and the Inuzuka’s ninken would then catch the blade in its mouth to throw back, by spinning sideways at the opponent from behind so that it delivers many beast-like attacks into their back, in the form of a saw, and carries them off. The Inuzuka with incredible speed will appear at his ninken’s side just as they are about to throw the blade, so as to avoid contact with the opponent and being carried off by the attack as well. (Kenjutsu: Mori no difendā) – Sword Arts: Defender of the Forest Type: Offensive/Defensive Rank:S Range:Short Chakra:40 Damage:80 Description: A technique that has the Inuzuka or ninken hold their sword or tanto gripped in their mouth with the blade held to the side. The user will then spin ferociously and rush through the opponent with powerful slashes, followed by a quick turn to face the opponent that is now behind them and then “tackle” the opponent, by slashing in a wheel like-motion and forming a saw similar to fang sawing fang technique. They can also use the saw to have the target collide into an object or a jutsu, while dealing more slashes. Alternatively the user can spin the blade ferociously as he would his body before launching forward towards the target. The sword would go through the opponent and the Inuzuka’s ninken would then catch the blade in its mouth to throw back, by spinning sideways at the opponent from behind so that it delivers many beast-like attacks into their back, in the form of a saw, and carries them off. The Inuzuka with incredible speed will appear at his ninken’s side just as they are about to throw the blade, so as to avoid contact with the opponent and being carried off by the attack as well.
