I believe the final battle is going to be

Madara, Obito, Orochimaru, and 2nd, 3rd, and 4th hokage

vs

1st Hokage, Naruto, Sasuke and Co, Shinobi alliance

I say this cause after last chapter there is NO WAY orochimaru can become that kind and friendly without an alternate motive.

Besides, I believe Orochimaru and Madara knew of each other and helped one another out.
