Final Battle: Naruto Uzumaki vs Sasuke Uchiha

Well the last time i saw a thread like this Sasuke had gotten his MS and Naruto had sage mode

Now its a completely different story, and i don't think they can get anymore power ups

So who wins this Final Battle?

Naruto Starts out in SM

and Sasuke can just blink his EMS

All techniques that are known by them are allowed

EMS will be just no blindness (thats all we know) and more chakra i guess

Naruto can go into KM when he feels like

Location: Valley of the End

Fight to the death

Plot no jutsu has no effect here this is strictly who would win

I wouldn't say I'm a Sasuke defender but his Susano'o and Kirin may be too strong, and Naruto has no genjutsu counter.

Naruto no counter for genjutsu??? Have you forgot that he has now kyuubi mode and he is now in "good" relation with the fox. Youl see when naruto combine sage mode and kyuubi mode and learnes some new sealing jutsu.
