izanami would be useless on naruto. It would trap him for ONE loop, and then he would break free. And sasuke would have just wasted an eye. Without his second eye, sasuke couldnt use susasnoo, and would be beaten low-mid dif by naruto.

Izanami, mightve been good on obito though.
