Seeing the "I think we should focus on Mafia over Serial" and vice versa, I feel I must point out that that really isnt the point.

Scum is scum. Any scum dead is a good flip. That should be the first priority. Of course, if one has a way of seperating Mafia from Serial, then that changes things, but it's easy to get lost in this process. Naturally, if such an ability to make a distinction eists, the Serial should be the focus, as removing the Serial removes almost equal killing power as an entire mafia faction. The worst scenario is ending up late in the game and having two+ scum factions to deal with, after all.

But unless there is something I'm missing I feel like that whole discussion point is somewhat unhelpful right now.

Just a small thing to add - serial killer is capable of hunting for mafia. I think any attempt to hunt for the serial killer is more likely to result in a town lynch than in a scum lynch, as opposed to hunting mafia, when we have 3 of them down and associations to look at. Yes a serial killer lynch would be great. But the likelihood of that happening is low, when they are much more likely to blend in with town.

If she has investigated 6th which is why she tried protecting him and I have proof she was investigating after that, then she has definitely looked into more than one person. Though I won't know for sure unless I checked again tonight. As long as I don't killed that is.

Mafia can also hunt for a serial killer. In fact, you could argue they'd be placing a priority on that right now, though that's certainly debateable. I agree with your premise, however, which is why I said any scum lynch is a good scum lynch. The point was to avoid getting too caught up on whether the scum read was mafia scum or serial scum.

I mean it's certainly possible. I just saw a few too many mentions of Mafia v Serial discussion, and figured I might as well post my two cents on it.
