FILLER EPISODES - Need help

Guys, girls:

I have two friends who just began watching Naruto (which is not available in my country excepto for the 1st year) and need to know which are the fillers both in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, in order for them to watch only the real episodes.

So far, I know Shippuden 57 to 71 are fillers (Sora's arch).

naruto 1-140 i think.right after the sasuke arc its all filler till shippuden.
