Completely arbitrary and not to be taken seriously. Tbh I don't even think Kodachi pays any mind to the question of specific media having less validity than the others considering how carelessly and nonchalantly they've retconned all sorts of stuff. The entire Boruto franchise is unorganized and untidy and if it keeps up like this it won't be long before it goes full visual novel with different routes and continuities
