It says here that he has a Kakashi like scar on the same eye that he has his one Byakugan on.

This suggests that he stole his Byakugan from someone else, it also says no pupil/Byakugan-ish which means the one who wrote the spoilers isn't sure if it's a Byakugan.

When we look at his Byakugan we see that it doesn't have veins while it's activated(we know it's activated from the wind effect) but instead it has a weird tattoo.

Now look at this weird image:

His eye doesn't look like a Byakugan but an eye with big pupils.

And the one and only who has this weird Byakugan is.....

Does this mean that Mitsuki is dead or it's just a dump way to connect the son and moon together idk.

If my thread is true then Toneri is indeed Mitsuki's father cuz of Byakugan, RSM, TCM, etc.

Hence the reason why OD can't confirm what it is. If the eye had a pupil, no one would be calling it 'Byakugan-ish' in the first place. lol

You know what, Kawaki has a face Tattoo that activates as well but he doesn't have a Byakugan.

I'm coming to the conclusion he might have inherited a variation of the Tenseigan line Indra inheriting a variation of the RinneSharingan.

Naruto has Six Path Senjutsu while Hinata was given Hamura's chakra, his body and her chakra combined should normally equate to the same power Toneri had, so it could be Boruto has a diluted version of Hamura's dojutsu, spoilers said he had blue chakra on his tattoo and Toneri's chakra mode was blue so...

I couldnt find any connection with facts. What you did here just Put a pictures and used your logic/assumption in dictating your final answer. Where it stated in manga that Mitsuki have Byakugan, TCM etc or something closer to it? Plus all you're using were black and white pictures. And under impression it sufficed.

If you have eyes you would see Byakugan and Tenseigan CM, and I keep receiving and finding new facts that supports my theory since I first made my first thread about it.
